So far you have done things that I haven't seen with any of the other KZbinrs that I have watched instead of bringing the chair you cut logs to put on top of the snow to be able to sit and to make the top part of your A-frame you toggled it instead of using sticks that I found was very clever you've got more room now to move around that's awesome kudos from Ontario
@JoshuaGammon3 жыл бұрын
Hey Norma. Thanks and glad you like the way I do things. Just trying to keep is simple and easy. It doesn't always have to be hard or take a lot of gear. Just use what's out there. When I take the ATV I'll load up the kit. LOL
@kanukkarhu3 жыл бұрын
Another awesome video! 👍🏻Since you asked for comments... I know the whole, 'ASMR, atmospheric, silent' thing is big for bushcraft videos right now, but I actually prefer how you do it. Not tons of talking, but you connect well with your audience and share what you're doing. To me, you've got the perfect mix of great shots and sounds, and conversation/explanation. I really like that, and it personally makes me feel more connected to the video. I also like that you're not all about fancy gear - yet. Of course, that will change as you grow (and I truly hope your channel grows) and pretty soon you might find yourself leaving us common folk (or people like me who prefer simplicity and experiences over collecting gear) behind as you start getting new and expensive gear to use and 'review' (aka, sell). Anyhow, I'm really enjoying your videos, and look forward to them! Peace!
@JoshuaGammon3 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for the great comment. I'm not much of a talker anyways so the little bit of talking I do is just to explain something and sometimes I feel like chatting a little. I don't plan on leaving us common folk any time soon. lol. I'm just out here doing my thing and having fun, no plans on changing that. As far as the gear. I love playing with gear, I think all of us campers like to. I only show it the way I would use it with no influence from manufacturers, I plan on keeping things that way. Hope you have a great day and thanks for your interest in my adventures. :-)
@MHarenArt3 жыл бұрын
I agree 100%. Great mix of talk/silent. (There are a few who talk too much) LOL) The totally silent feels sort of disconnected. I like to feel like the camper is actually sharing with me, talking to us. But - to each his own.
