I loved your sunken bedroom!! No insight into those incredibly straight scrapings on the trees….. Is your tarp/groundsheet oil cloth? It doesn’t seem like plastic. How do you know a tree is dead before you start cutting it down for firewood? Nothing worse than a hissing fire. Very mysterious, the exploded turkey…. Do you ever find deer antlers? Why do you need booties in a sleeping bag? You go to a lot of trouble to film everything without footprints showing in your video. I think you need a drone!! I think your pouch is a new addition - works well, I’m sure. I love your videos!!!!!

Hello! This ground cloth is waxed canvas, it's thick and stiff so you won't feel anything poking through. Usually I can tell if a tree is dead just by looking at it, lack of foliage or buds. I have never found antlers before but I did see moose antlers in Algonquin once. For some reason my feet get very cold and the down booties help with that. Thanks for watching and commenting!

I'm alway's amazed that you start your trip at night , and most of all after a day at work 😮 . Was that the same snowmobile trail than last time ? It seemed in pretty bad shape at some point with water running across . We had the same temperature here in Montréal , in the 6- 7 ish degrees for 3 days in a row. Its a very mild winter this year with a very low amount of snow. You had me laughing my heart out when talking about the turkey murder scene , the part when you said it was almost like the turkey exploded that got me 😂😂😂 A can of beans for supper , Costco size , lucky for you you had some good ventilation in the tent 😂 . Was it the camera angle or you seemed 2 feet taller than your friend 😅 . I dont like to use melted snow either for cooking or for a brew . I usually take my water from a creek . When I used to melt snow when I started winter camping , I was bringing coffee filters to remove most of the debris. Concerning trapping , the season is usually ended for most trappers. Some still put boxes for martens or snares for foxes, coyotes or wolves but nothing to worry about for humans. I dont think bears are an issue in february ...I hope you enjoyed your trip , I sure enjoyed watching your video , thanks Sylvain

Hello, nice to have you back! This is not the same snowmobile trail as the last video but it is the same trail as 2 video's ago! I couldn't believe that Turkey, what happened to it, I wonder!? Hahaha I am quite a bit taller than my friend yes, you are right lol. I am very lucky I had good ventilation in the tent, you are so funny! There were a lot of boxes I saw from the trappers so maybe they were going after Marten like you mentioned! Thanks for commenting, Sylvain!
