Nice Justin. I really enjoy these types of videos when you do them. I'm all in. 😊 I solo about 100% of the time, for about a month at a time. It can be an emotional roller-coaster at times. It's the longing to share that's the biggest struggle. ❤❤ By the way, you're looking pretty healthy these days.

The Decked with the single big drawer is great if you use your truck for anything other than camping. The tailgate is your camp table and with the big drawer you can't get anything out of it without first clearing everything off of your tailgate. With the 2 drawer system you can cook or do whatever on one side and still be able to get into the other side drawer with your camp kitchen stuff, etc. I don't know if many people are thinking this through when going for the system with the one large drawer.

I sold my Cook Partner and bought a single burner Firemaple Saturn Gas Stove. It rocks. You can also get the Bulin AirOka B17 6800 (this particular one has the built in wind screen). It also rocks. There are fancier Bulins but the more expensive ones don’t have the built in windscreens. The thing with Cook Partner or other camp stove setups is when you cook bacon or burgers or anything else that has grease that pops, that in itself gets all over the stove backstop, the bottom of the burner tray, and on the side wind screens. It creates a huge mess to clean up. Not to mention wiping out all the nooks and crannies. With a single standing burner, your pot or pan covers the whole stove so there is no detailed cleaning to do afterwards. All you need to do is wipe up the table its sitting on a bit when done. The Bulin is probably the better option because it has a built in wind screen. Also has fine simmer control. It packs up super light and is pretty small when the legs fold inward. Also the Bulin has supporting arms for the pan which expand or fold inwards to accommodate smaller or larger pots. Since it folds up pretty small just buy two so you can run a pan for cooking while boiling water on the other for rice. Best part is the Bulin only costs about $45-69 bucks depending on sale or not. They are buliet proof, built exceptionally well, and always starts with built in magneto starter, even after 5 years of heavy usage.

Honestly, I'm using a cheap Eureka Spark stove. It's quiet, which the Partner definitely is not, and the butane canisters last several days and are easy to carry. The stove itself is tiny.

I really like your videos. With that said, I own a Jeep JL Rubicon. I have that In common. I know that Jeeps have there issues. So does every platform out there. I love my Jeep, and that is why I love your channel. My friends have other makes, and I like their rigs. Nothing personal, but if you had some other vehicle I would not be as interested in your content. You make great videos, but then I would not have that in common. I am happy for you. Sometimes it just comes down to what it is. I wish the best for you what ever happens. 👍🏼

I wouldn't enjoy a trip where I had to spend so stinkin' much time recording video, running ahead setting up cameras, running back to get cameras, worrying about light and angles and setting up scenes and whatnot. And worrying about where you can't fly a drone. And worrying about filming gear being used, too. It would slow the trip way down and basically drive me nuts. I go out and do those kinds of trips to ENJOY the experience, and get AWAY from doing things that are like work. Kudos to you (and your travel mates when you have them) for your incredible patience. I don't think I could do it.

I’m happy to say that not every trip is recorded. As this is my job there are times that I don’t want to work while camping. Those memories are happily contained in the family and not shared to the world like these. Thanks for watching and understanding the amount of work that goes into this!
