Well all that I’ve seen of this no boots patch is a lot of items getting changed. Either by cost of items across the board, or by lowering power/defenses of each item. Or possibly a level requirement for items. Just seems like there’s going to be windows for a lot of early game cheese and snowballing from not having to spend the early game gold. Loads of room for meme content from good ol’ JJ tho.

As a holder of the top 3 thanatos for over 3 months, I dont like his build, he has way to much cooldowns, and 0 sustain, in a actual ranked game from diamond and above, this build is not good

As for sustain he has passive and his 1, the only good lifesteal item for Thana is bloodforge but it's mainly used for the shield passive. What do YOU build on Thana Mr. Diamond player?

@@Jormyyy Well the reason you dont want to go 40% is due the several buffs that give you CDR red potion and the FG give 10% cooldown each. So at most you want to have 30% or 20% in a build. (manikin scepter for hidden blade), Warrior boots, soul eater (mainly as it eliminates the cost of health per ability, making your pasive's weakness nonexistent), Arondight(pretty much a must item for any thanatos build), Heart Seeker(best item for tanks in thanatos build), now you have an option here to either go blood forge(really good pair with soul eater, as this Item can be the main factor to win against adc's) or any mix defence item(only do this if you are loosing badly, since bloodforge wont do much and only if you feel the need for more defence). Thats the build I go (after the boots removal) probably will get tracendce in its place due to the early cooldown and dmg boost

@@Jormyyy With the build I made and other pros use it to, you have high sustain and in the right cirscumstances you can kill any squishy with you first ability if they are below 60% health

@@devilcwesker5980 Fire Giant gives cdr? Since when? Also sometimes it is better to have 40% cdr before late game, red pot cdr is just a nice bonus. Min maxing is sometimes worth it but it's usually better to just get red pot for the power increase

@@Jormyyy The main reason why I prefer not min max CDR is due to the lack of items we can have during this time, mainly due to the introduction of starter items. Thoy I would agree your point in the previous season. And yeah only the late game fire giant give CDR i dont think its in the wiki but from the games ive played .
