Easily one of my favorite strikes of all time. It’s a textbook example of what all strikes should be. The music is phenomenal. Also, this was the first nightfall that I did on all 3 characters and it was a blast!

I don’t think it’s the editing, but I do believe it’s about the passion and love put into the game then. I view d2 as more about the money while being able to pump out content since the release of shadowkeep.

I love this strike!! Rise of Iron was probably my favorite DLC to date. The storyline was so good imo. And the soundtrack was friggin incredible. Still listen to it at work in the background. 💪

Devil's Lair is a strike that is engraved in my heart forever. Every time I hear that soundtrack I go back to 2014, playing the fuck out of the Destiny Demo on Xbox 360 because I wasn't able to buy the full game. Still to this day, with 9 years playing this damned franchise I have basically nothing to show for it since I could never do the raids and still can't but man... fuck if I'm not still proud for soloing this thing way back in 2014. With white gear armed to the teeth, stuck at level 7 and not a single soul joining me, having to deal with shitty internet and baboons I can say I soloed Devil's Lair back in the Destiny Demo. This moment and the night I got 1k Voices back in Forsaken on my first Last Wish clear are two moments of my life that I will NEVER forget.

Man that soundtrack fighting Sepiks is so freaking rad. Wish we had more stuff like that in D2. I actually quite liked the Lightfall soundtrack but more of these driving guitar electronica tracks would go a long way.

I still remember finishing the original Devil's Lair as my first NF in Destiny (I think it was the week when the game was released). The arc burn was insane and not having any good gear. The best strike IMO. Great video BTW 😁

I think I might speak for a lot for wanting SIVA return. Yeah, we have some ornaments for armor and weapons, but I want to see SIVA actually return and be a threat to the Vanguard once more!

What surprises me is that how back in Destiny 1, people (at least the folks I ran into (including myself)) had more fun loadouts. People nowadays only want well, bubble, Divinity and all the meta exotics. We also maybe didn't have much choice in which exotic to run as they were extremely rare back in the days. Or maybe the meta exotics that we have now are just WAY too powerful. I play on all three characters and I always have my own loadout. I refuse to be another well-lock. Let me run my Nothing Manacles in Master Dungeons! Big fat upvote from me. I might just get back into Destiny 1!

I love signing into D1 and replying some old activities, using some of my favorite weapons, and some just for nostalgia. Also the blueberries like to crowd around me to check out my raid armor and ornaments. Then you start getting msgs like "can you carry me through Crota"? 😂😂😂 No.

The modifier Small arms makes my primary the best for dps. If you notice one shot from my Scout rifle is almost the same damage as a sniper shot.
