Solos or akgaes will: 1. Deliberately start hate trains against other members (usually done by kpop stans that solo one member). The shit they say about the members are sometimes even worse than the avg kpop fan bts hater. It doesnt help that they usually overlap with a certain group's fandom. 2. Trend hashtags over useless things. 3. JK solos flooded social media claiming that bh was trying to suppress JK by not letting him release anything, meanwhile JK was just enjoying his vacation 4. Solos trended hasthtags complaining about JITB not having a physical release when Jhope wanted it that way. He makes this clear in his docu and discusses how hurt he was to see his wishes overlooked 5. Jin solos hate all the inhouse producers because apparently Pdogg hates Jin? 6. The rapline solos are not as prevalent but they swear armys hate the rapline whivh is false lol. 7. V's China Bars (fanbase sorta) refused to support BE, an album V worked on mind you. He also has a while song he personally write but hey. All solos do this. Their playlists never include anything bts related but they claim to love their token member the most. How Sway? When you don't even support 90% of his career? You only watch solo clips taken out of context but claim to know him better. You hate his brothers but you know best what he wants? It would be fine if they were casual listeners of their favourite but dedicating a whole stan account for a bts member but hating on his group is strange to me. Like wdym, you don't know the magic Jimin did on Paradise etc. 7. They constantly trending hashtags claiming bh doesnt protect the members enough but are the main drivers of stalker content and rumours and all type of nastiness. 8. Just every release day, it's a new thing. Hate those mfers so much. People like to say that solo stanning is okay as long as you don't hate on the other bts members but the problem is these people sre susceptible to fall into this echo chamber where army and bh and by extension bts are bad and only i know best about my member because i only focus on them. And you know if you already have extreme favouritism, it's easy for your perspective to narrow where it feels like everyone is out to get you and yours. Sorry for the long comment but solos and mantis get me going.

Each member is a talented and smart MAN (not a baby that needs "protection") and can definitely stand up for himself. The best reaction to toxic solo stans is NO REACTION even though it's so tempting to fire back. We love all 7 even if we have individual favorites! My bias is V and I'm enjoying his new album now. But it is so frustrating when solo stans express hate towards others as if that "proves their love for their bias." They love each other. Do you think hurting a brother they love makes your bias feel good? And don't get me started on the toxic shippers! When someone can get hate and death threats because your favorite looked sideways at that person or had some interaction? Sheesh!

Oh man. The solo stans for V are out of control right now. They really truly think that Hybe is out to 'sabotage' V's solo success. Even when V says that the producer, the songs, the promotions were all HIS choices, the stans don't believe him. It's really weird and you can't really get through to the stans. The thing this video doesn't cover is that solo stand jeopardize ARMY's streaming goals (needed for charting) by reporting our playlists and looping tracks en masse which then gets filtered as "bot behaviour", lowering our chances of a higher HOT100 debut. Similarly, they'll actively report and harass people who pool money for buying parties (and thereby fund ARMY who can't afford to buy songs even digitally) and pay for sketchy solo fandoms that constantly mess up. Recently, Taehyung's Chinese solo fandom placed an 800K order for ONE store a day before the release of Layover and then blamed the store for not having that many units ready. When we're talking about solo fans being a pest, we don't just mean useless narratives about mistreatment but constant efforts to harass our OT7 fan bases off social media by doxxing them and constantly bringing other fandom's into our business so we're distracted from goals. Solo fans are always K-pop fans who're not even a real fan of the artist. One of the reasons I personally came to dislike idol fans is because they play Barbie house with idols and then become toxic when their imaginary puppets refuse to play along. When an idol comes forward, speaking against solo narratives, their "support" turns into insults - "you ungrateful piece of shit, you exist because I want you to, how dare you act against MY wishes" This is a summary but I've read many solo "manifestos" that all express upset over the idol being free. A main cultural problem is that corporations have, historically, mistreated groups and singled out members against others. Both in the West and the idol industry. Line distribution became important bc corporations gave more lines to the most popular members and NDAs prevented people from speaking up. It's very easy to convince others that BTS are mistreated because most people think of groups as artificial puppets of a masterminding company, so they must be undergoing the same behind-the-scenes struggles as the rest. We, of course, know that's not true. But solos are very persuasive with their narratives and half truths. BTS have said before that group schedules at times prevented them from releasing solo stuff earlier - solos will claim that the member was dying to debut as a solo act and HYBE & the group said no. Notice how a slight inconvenience that we got to know about post-solo album release turned into a major issue of mistreatment. That's how solos bait new ARMY. In summary, solos are K-pop fans who harass and doxx ARMY, actively sabotage solo releases by refusing to listen to ARMY support the stalking of BTS members and lash out in anger whenever members act against their plans. They're vermin and we need a strong deterrent against them.

Saw a recent comment that antis are "silent" because now they mask as solo stans of the members. It is an interesting theory. To be fair boracity could not mention these things as those are rather recent developments. I'm under the impression that the Cbar ordered over different shops but those all feed to Hanteo in the end and the shops didn't have enough albums to satisfy the demand, The funny thing is that if you look closer it happened to a lot of other artists, too. Jimin was the pbvious, but Seventeen, TXT etc. were also hit but also Exo, aespa and Stray Kids etc. . Personally I think that either the labels underestimate the demand or it is simply not possible to make enough physical albums (on time). ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Nevermind that music is not the Olympics and music taste is personal.

My bias is Suga but I love the 7 equally and stream like crazy for the 7 of them to support all of them. Each one of them has unique and precious treats and personalities. I just do not understand the solo stans mindset! I've seen how my bias Suga loves his members so much so how could I hate the people he loves the most! I just don't understand these people. And also, if in a BTS song someone has more lines there is a reason why they chose it and we should trust every decision they make. They know what they do! I'm convinced that solos secretly hate the member that they claim they stan. They never listen to what the guys say, they twist their words/intentions constantly, they always make negative trends about things that aren't true or highly exaggerated which makes the guys look bad which makes some members seem like they attract toxicity to the wider public, etc. They're constantly in fights over silly things and calling other members the worst things (somietimes based on stuff the members are sensitive about or have a negative history with). It gets vile and sometimes violent/dangerous as these are the fans that tend to go to extremes. Solos are often mistaken as ARMY and give us a terrible name. The way they operate, it's clear that they are hoping the group disbands so that their fave goes solo and outshines the group's accolades. Some even invent stories of BTS hating or bullying each other and have reactors they hate and bash for liking the whole group of "rival" members that they especially hate. It's truly unwell behaviour and it's clear that they're growing in numbers as the group gets more popular and more solo music hits the general public.

Everything is intentional and if it doesn't go the way the solo wants /expects it to they get angry. They're beyond insane, you truly can't have any idea unless you're on ARMY twitter, Instagram, it can be pretty ugly on YT too and they're getting worse. I'm my opinion, it's becoming a thing to call yourself a solo stan of one member of BTS, saying you're supporting them, but just pretending and instead they're actively sabotaging them under the guise of intense support. For example, BTS are one of the most highly filtered artists on Spotify, 2-3m song streams (on just one song, especially the newly released songs) are deleted because they're counted as bots, not real streams. Because of this: BTS solo fanbases make playlists on Spotify that thousands like & use but it's just song after song without fillers, which fillers are required to lessen the filtering rate. Usually 2-3 songs per the song your focusing on your playlist on. ARMY & ARMY fanbases follow these guidelines when making playlists, because we want the song and the BTS members to succeed. I've seen many ARMY on twitter theorize that this is intentional sabotage under the guise of being a solo (someone who only "supports" the music and efforts of one BTS member and usually screams sabotage for anything & everything that happens) . Playlisting done terribly wrong and increasing the filtered rate bc of it happens time and time again by these solo fanbases who continue to intentionally ignore "streaming rules" in order to actively sabotage the artist and then blame the aftermath of high filtering (so less streams) on ARMY for not 'doing enough'. Time and time again. That's tiring as is and that's a theory that I personally believe. They also trend bs hashtags practically everyday about Hybe being corrupt, one instance because their album delivery was delayed.. it's actual lunacy. So many crazy solo accounts saying that Jimin & Bang PD ..yk, about 3 months ago solos for the maknae line& blinks (other kpop stans too) started trending p3do hashtags against the 3 maknaes for several days.. there is just no telling what psycho trip they're on, it's beyond understanding. & in my opinion, it's genuine sabotage: doing everything in your power to go against the wishes and ideas of your favorite idol, to hurt his friends and family and fellow members, not focus on making their music succeed, and having actual insane asylum takes to ruin their reputation all the while pretending you are an avid fan when they're likely only there for their visuals and the drama. It's upsetting to me that new ARMY are experiencing all this because while it's always existed, at least ARMY from a year & more ago had new BTS content (music, Run BTS, special content like In The Soop) to focus our attention to. Now it's constant & ARMY in general are becoming less organized. New ARMY are continously being pulled into the solo rhetoric that Hybe is sabotaging V and that JK doesn't actually want to return to the group even though he continously says with his own words from his own mouth that he wants that more than anything else. More and more bs continues. ARMY continues to remain resilient and it will hard in 2024 to navigate the internet sphere without any BTS member while they're away completing their service but I'm sure the boys and Bighit have things planned to keep us busy/happy. We will continue to work hard against solo stans and drown them out. They will die out anyway because when BTS come together as a group after their service is complete, all their desires for their idol to go solo will be thrown in their face and spat upon. We will always reiterate that solos are antis, and they do not genuinely support their idols. They work against them in every way. Anyway, sorry for the essay I have no idea where it came from.

Solos even attack armys for the littlest things, for example I changed by twitter layout to match the theme of taehyung’s album and jungkook solo stans called me a taehyung solo stan, they were in my comments insulting taehyung and the rest of bts and then sent me death threats and wished death on my family because I was a “jungkook anti”, they did all of this yet I am obviously an ot7 army and I promoted jungkooks solo song every day and told everyone to vote for jungkook for music shows 💀 the reason I changed my layout to match layover was because taehyungs solo activities are currently happening so I’m retweeting and posting about taehyungs solo music, I do everything according to what member is currently doing solo activities/has put a song or album out. The crazy thing is that this isn’t the first time I have been attacked and told to kill myself by solo Stan’s 💀

Listen the conversations that happens from solos are intense. I for one is not abt that life but you do you boo. What confuses me is that they speak as if JK (using him as an example) personally said something or they were there PHYSICALLY to see that he is being mistreated. He is a grown man. This video dosent cover even 10 percent of what solos have done for this past year. THEY HAVE BEEN ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING since the military/ solo era. Every single solo stan have been dragging the bts members, trending hateful hastags, conspiring against bts with antis. They even went to the point where jhope saw their mistreatment hastags. When Jack in the box came out, solos stans trended hastags for several WEEKS saying jitb didn't get enough promotion. THE PROMOTIONS WAS DONE AND DECIDED AND PLANNED BY JHOPE HIMSELF. The solos were saying bighit was mistreating him... Hobi saw those and felt terrible and that's when he decided to release the physical albums for jitb. Jitb was never supposed to be a physical album by hobi's own choice. CURRENTLY ITS V SOLOS. They are saying Tae is being mistreated and armys are not streaming Layover WHEN HE LITERALLY BROKE THE RECORD FOR THE MOST STREAMED KOREAN SOLOIST ALBUM.

I have seen some wild ones: There is a rapline stan that hates Yoongi. There are Hobi solos that wrote down every second he was at the mic in the permission to dance concert. Some people brought that into perspective with putting the numbers of the other members next to it. JK had the most lines with about 14 minutes or so. But if you assumed that everyone had just as much time you would still be far under 2 hours and the concert was between 2,5 and 3 hours long. There are Namjoon fans that were angry because he didn't chart that well (part of the problem were probably the Christmas songs also charting). Yoongi solos supposedly sabotaged Hoseok and got big Hobi solo accounts deleted etc. There were Hobi solos angry that Jimin was at Lollapalooza for Hobi threatening with whatever if Jimin dared to be on stage for a song or whatever (I think he may have jumped in for the staging hours before - IDK). Saying Jimin was trying to steal the attention. There were probably more but I'm actively trying to ignore toxic solos.

V is my bias but I love all 7 and listen to all members’ solos to support them (not very hard to do since they’re all amazing). It’s somewhat surprising to me, these wars, last time I checked they’re first and foremost a group called BTS and they love each other. Makes no sense to hate on any of them 🤷‍♀️.

The reason for all this is hateful people who think they know best and those who simply use it as a tool against BTS are the are fans of other Kpop groups. eg distroy BTS our group will take over and the other group distroy BTS and our favourite will be a solo artist. just stupidity as they are all solo artists but also a group and that's how they like it. As a group they are strong as soloists they can go off and develop as artists even more and come back and use that new found knowledge and skill with the group making the group even better and stronger.

The curse and the blessing of BTS is that they started as nobodies. Because of that fans can relate to their story and root for them to achieve things that seem impossible because it gives you hope and gives you real-life, real-time evidence that it is still possible and not an urban legend like your practical mind insists it is, to actually go from nothing to a legend. To have money, become important, and gain influence and power when you are still young. It is a really powerful feeling if you think that you are also giving your 10 cents to help them achieve that. But because fans feel that way, fans, solo and OT7, every time BTS chooses a way that is not the fastest and most obvious to get to even more achievements and success fansget angsty and frustrated. This is where all the mistreatment allegations of BTS and BIG Hit come from. "Why are you promoting like that, this way would be more effective, you are sabotaging BTS come back!", "Why are BTS not promoting on that and that show?", "Why BTS not at "The MET gala event?, when they are brand ambassadors?" and so on and so on it goes. Big Hit pressures them to do a lot of work, but even they look humane in comparison to the fans sometimes. Sometimes when fans act that way, without realizing wanting more out of BTS that is healthy, I realize how some of them lost track of who they are fans of. Real humans. And instead, they treat BTS like a product, which is very sad. If BTS did everything that fans want them to do to progress to achieve even more, they would have no time to even go to the bathroom. Fans expectations are humongous. They want them to be writers, producers, dancers, singers, and rappers, they should go on stadium tours, film movies, do music with BTS, create solo music, promote both, and go on solo tours too, be fashion icons and attend events all over the globe, chat with ARMY on social media non stop, go on talk shows and variety shows, but also film their own for weekly consumption oh and still live a healthy life ofc, have friends and hobbies. Does it sound like a realistic expectation? No. The answer is no, but somehow BTS over the years done all of that and more. And fans still want more out of them. They crave a new high BTS provide then they break another record or explore new uncharted territory. When they don't get that, there is disappointment and disapproval and a need to blame someone, and because it feels not right to blame your favorite or BTS, fans blame Big Hit, other "Fake" fans, antis, racism you name it, Cause when BTS fails at something, fans feel not only that they failed too, failed BTS, but also they failed fellow ARMY. And that is not a great feeling.

I hear you but please understand BTS has never failed. They're finally able to try less popular endeavors which satisfy them personally. The fans will be their undoing, on that we agree. ARMY is power hungry and wants to control the guys and the company. They've allowed so much toxic BS aimed at the three youngest members and it's a problem now. The guys have changed and yet ARMY keeps shoving them back into the "old BTS" box. In the meantime Western producers came courting and plan to get the bride. I've watched Hybe acquisitions closely and they are very diverse. So which members thrive on diversity in their music and are okay working with people in the West? By calling those people solo "stans" and uglier names, you destroy all potential good will between us. It's your choice, but most "fans" I encounter say they don't like K-pop nor it's fandoms and will never support K-pop groups. The K-pop industry is not big in the West. Hybe transitioned into Western markets for a reason. Follow the trends if you want to see the future of the music industry. I don't understand why you labeled everyone who isn't Army as an enemy of BTS, but it worked. Less and less people care about the group. They do not hate them, but see no reason to work on their behalf. When BTS returns their fame will have diminished. Their fandom will be smaller and the charts will have new rules to thwart them. GP don't want to join Army so who will they have? Not solo 'fans', they will never trust you again. I'm done with you people. You refuse to hear what others actual say and insists that you are right. They are not part of ARMY because ARMY is the fandom for BTS, that means you support every member and you don't downgrade insult other members which is what Solo Stans do. Solo stans also attack BTS's company BigHit/HYBE ARMY do not do that because BTS choose to remain with BigHIt/HYBE. Solo stan narrative is the member they follow/stan is being unfairly treated, wants to leave the group. They are often not even fans of the member they say they stan but general BTS haters who will pick one member to start a hate campaign knowing it will start nastie trends on social media with the long term aim of distorying the reputation of the other members in order to try and distroy BTS as a group. Solo Stans are a huge problem and not part of ARMY. Army are gatekeepers. If a fan wants to go their own way, they immediately get labeled solo stan. Many people came to the group through one member. Those fans have no desire to join any fandom. They view Army, solo stans and K-pop in general as an assortment of nuts and control freaks. They also see hypocrisy in OT7, anytime one member gets more attention than the others or someone's solo work is not as well accepted by the gp. Question: Why did ARMY contact Global Citizen demanding they change the date of their festival? They angrily insisted JK not attend, so he could send Suga off to the military a day previous. Disingenuous. BTS is a global group now. Fans who favor one artist are called FANS. People who crap on others and scream for their fav to leave the company/group are immature members of FANDOMS. Everyday fans, like who they like and support that person. Once the group embarked on solo endeavors, things got stupid. Fandom toxicity exploded and ARMY responded by insisting everyone support all members equally. Not possible, since most fans of individual members are not Army. What naturally happened, regular fans started calling out the hypocrisy, Army became defensive, and labeled those individuals as solo. That gave actual solo's cover for their nonstop foolishness. Now alleged industry experts make videos saying even when you respect all members, but support only one, you've earned that solo label. Nonsense! Western fans know globally successful groups eventually grow apart. Someone gets the hot hand and the world comes calling. Sex won't break up BTS, money and artistic freedom will. HYBE runs the company now, and they have shareholders. They'll look at the numbers from these solo endeavors and make some decisions. Next, they'll look at the numbers when the group does a comeback and tours. If they aren't making at least 6 times more together, why keep them together. Many Western producers will pay top dollar for an individual member and allow that person all the freedom they want, as long as they deliver hits. If the guys really love him, why would they stop him from pursuing his dreams? BTS, as a group, are global commodities. Their stratospheric success, will lead to many uncomfortable decisions needing to be made in the future. Army insistence on OT7 exclusively will remain problematic. They would do more for the group if they leave actual fans alone, and call out the BS from those who insist members should leave the company or the group. They didn't lie, they just failed to understand that forever is longer than they realized. BTS isn't here, so I can't possibly be "telling them" anything. I'm just letting the reader know that history is not on the side of forever.
