Is C6 Lynette an AMAZING Anemo DPS?

It took me a while to build C6 Lynette because my resources are, uh, a bit low on my account right now. Blame Arlecchino lol. But it is finally time to see how good of a DPS unit she is at C6! The answer is sadly that she isn't amazing, but not dysfunctional, and she has some unique aspects to her.
