Great town - Love Paula's Pancake House! Been there so many times but have yet to make the Ostrich stop

Those pancakes are really good. Never seen our youngest down a pancake so fast lol. OstrichLand is pretty quick you can definitely check it out if you’re passing through. Only takes about 20-30minutes max.

Solvang’s a lot different from the parts of Denmark we’ve seen. Although we weren’t able to visit any of the smaller towns while we were there. Everything we saw there looked like the other European capitals. A lot of stone work. Solvang seems more like a snap shot of Denmark from YEARS back. Or Frozen if comparing it to Disney :)
