Great Video. My 30+ year old MBS-250 table saw came with a large diameter - low profile arbor nut as standard. All saws should.

Glad the slim arbor nut works for you. One of my saws has a low profile nut, but I don't care for it. Not enough threads engaging the arbor shaft in my opinion. Thanks for weighing in.

I got mine delivered Sunday. The nut and washer are very nice ! A Spectacular nut and washer . I picked it up with the one time tool for setting up dado stacks. That is also very nice and it is heavier than I expected it to be. Chalk up the win for Woodpecker.

I know, the things we get excited about, right? It really does help though!

Great video and looks like a sure buy when I get a dado set up. My only question is: how does that Infinity dado set cut and is it compatible with Sawstop? Thanks.

The infinity Dadonator XL is absolutely the best cutting dado set I've used. It is compatible with Sawstop saws. Thanks.

@TheThoughtfulWoodworker Thanks for responding. That dado blade looks extremely fine. Do you have a video of it in use?

I’m struggling to understand why this is needed. I’ve owned several tablesaws and have always just used the arbor nut (without the washer) when using my dado stack. In fact, the saw manuals all recommend using your dado stack without the washer. What am I missing?

That's a great question. That's the way I always installed a dado blade too. But the arbor nut grinds against the outside of the blade. In time it can damage the blade.
