Can I just bring up one question to discuss the opinion with the tree diagram? I know Rodolfo's way is more efficient while pushing a project or having an urgent issue to solve under time pressure, however, I thought to draw a picture first and find the "manipulated" data to justify your point of view seems a bit abrupt and lose the point of having data/business analysis for problem solving. I meant how you are going to identify any potential pattern or new insights with your mind set has already been made? Thank you.

According to the case problem “subscribers are falling”. As a data analyst, in weekly basis meetings, most of the time there is no such easy clue. The percent of dropping is not so obvious, we will have to wait and see if there is a continuous trend so that we really need to take action. Do you have any recommendations to this kind of situation.

I have bunch of questions, I hope you find time to answer 🙏🏻 you mentioned you are an Operation Manager at Spotify and a Business Analyst as well. ➡Is this dual position really a thing you pursued that is demanded both by Spotify? and how come you are able to multitask it? ➡Was the dual position (OM+Business Analyst) merge and turned into Business Strategist? ➡Have you ever skill yourself to data science, data analytics, and software skills such as Python, R, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Access, PowerBi, R, Tableau? ➡As OM, aren't you supposedly in field of improving efficiency, enhancing effectiveness, drive cost-savings, and focus more on maximizing profitability and quality output. Why do you have to delve in with data and stats? ➡Which do you find more in lucrative and advantageous position? OM or Business Analyst ? ➡As OM/Business Analyst/Business Strategist, do you often use ERP software or you're more into the data visualization and documents? I hope you answer my question as I am an aspiring Operation Manager, with interest both on the qualitative side such as total quality management, logistics, business strategy. And the quantitative side which is on business intelligence, data analytics, database management.
