Hi, The error 24 could be due to movement during the measurement. Solution - Remain still during the measurement, try loosening the cuff as it may be too tight and try taking the measurement again. Please note using an incorrectly sized cuff is a common error. A cuff that's too large will give falsely low readings, while a cuff that's too small will give falsely high readings.

Hi Syifa, The error E5 is because the sensor is not able to pick vein signal. Hope you followed best practices as said in this video. One cause could be the sensor is broken in the cuff. Can you please check if use of another cuff helps to resolve this issue. The last try would be to manually locate vein by touching at elbow bend and trying to orient mark in the cuff to the spot. Pls do let me know if any of these try helps.

Hi Syifa, Yes, the cuff itself has pressure sensor. In nut shell on technology - The turbulent blood flow causes vibrations of the artery wall, the maximum of which correlates with what is known as ‘mean arterial pressure’, or ‘MAP’. These vibrations are detected by the sensors in the arm cuff. If the cuff pressure, in turn, falls below the diastolic pressure, they come to a virtual standstill.

Hi, With your situation there could be possibility that the either cuff or device is broken. The cuff can be brought as a spare. I would recommend borrow cuff and try using it. This will confirm to check if device or cuff is damaged.

I tried to take my device to the seller to claim my warranty, but when the seller try my device for three times, turned out it was fine and it showed the result. But when i tried the device again in my home, again it shows the errors. I contacted the seller once more and she said the same thing as your answer. If E1 error: due to cuff being too loose because it is harder to wrap it properly around the RIGHT arm => then store cuff in a *tightly* wound shape so that it *naturally* takes on a smaller (diam) shape.

Hi Frank, Er appears when the monitor has malfunctioned. Press the [START/STOP] button again. If “Er” still appears, contact your OMRON retail outlet or distributor. E2 appears or a measurement cannot be completed after the arm cuff inflates. This is because when you move or talk during a measurement and the arm cuff does not inflate sufficiently. The other reason could be due to the systolic pressure is above 210 mmHg, a measurement cannot be taken. To rectify remain still and do not talk during a measurement. If “E2” appears repeatedly, inflate the arm cuff manually until the systolic pressure is 30 to 40 mmHg above your previous readings. E3 appers when the arm cuff is inflated exceeding the maximum allowable pressure. Do not touch the arm cuff and/or bend the air tube while taking a measurement.

Hi, Sometimes the error displayed is combination of malfunctions. Can you try fixing all errors from E1 to E5. This often helps to resolve issue. In case nothing works then the chances are the cuff is broken. The cuff alone can be purchased separate. Try using a different cuff before buying.

If you don't have manual inflate option with your device and if this error appears then please restart test again. ​​​@@bicyclecolours8988 I have Omron M7 İntelli IT X7 Smart. Two years ago the device gave the error code E51. The screen would turn on as if it were working normally and go to the error code when the buttons were pressed. The service could not guarantee the repair of the device. Since the screen responded to all buttons, I thought the pump might be broken so I disassembled the device. When I gave 6v power directly to the pump without removing it, I saw that the engine was working. I also energized the reverse polarity. And then I cleaned the pcb with ipa and a dry brush without disassembling them. I assembled the device, installing the batteries. And Voila! It started working like the first day. We have been using the device for 3 days without any problems. I think something must have been spilled on the device because there was a sticky layer under the card with the buttons. This may have caused a short circuit. I have the Omron RS6 wrist strap model. It also broke down giving an E1 code. I also disassembled it and cleaned it. And I saw that an unbranded micro blower air pump similar to Murata's mzb3004 with the B3001 written on it was used. The device had been dropped to the ground several times. Since this type of pump uses the ultrasonic vibrations of the ceramic as a drive source, this ceramic probably broke when it was dropped. This type of pump should be used in all wrist mounted devices. The user manual also states that the device should never be dropped. All buttons of the device work as they should. However, when the Start button is pressed, the numbers increase and reach level 6 giving an error code but the arm cuff does not inflate at all. I am sure that the device will work again when the technical data of the existing micro air blower pump is learned and changed. Because while the device works with 3 Vdc, the Murata micro blower I mentioned works at 8~19.5 Vdc.

Omron M2 Intelli IT (HEM-7143T1-EBK) - Error Code Err 77 ... Data not automatically transferring to Smart Phone via bluetooth ... (1) change the batteries (2) un-pair via the app (3) re-pair via the app ("More" (bottom RHS of screen), Profile, Connected Devices). Worked for me!

Hi Utkal, Sry... I never saw error 24 on Omron device nor could find in the user manual. If the tips in the video doesn't help to solve error then it's adviced to contact customer support to get device serviced.
