This needs to be taught in every Middle School and be continuing education into High School just as Mathematics is. It is integral to the overall health and ability of our children. When digested and implemented the sky is the limit for a best life.

Mr. Gawdat, I totally hear you, as an engineer, and a person who's been through closer to your experiences; I want to spread your word here in Turkey. I'd be delighted to get in touch, I'd be honored spreading your word, and Ali's legacy.

Hi Mr. Gawdat ! I am so happy I found your videos, you have no idea how much it helped me understand myself and where my thoughts come from. This is truly enlightening and I am sure Ali would be so proud of his dad and the great impact he is making in many people's life. Thank you.

This by far is the best simple explanation I found about the illusion of time. It's an idea that I always entertained but could never explain. Thank you for the brilliant presentation!

Really enjoyed the video. But I think sometimes sadness is anchored in the present though… like if your struggling with financial difficulties, being bullied, or having health issues, etc…
