Solved Excel not responding, hangs, freezes or stops working in Windows 11

Safe mode troubleshooting

Hi, in spite of following all the steps mentioned, I am still facing the same issue. The excel sheet that i am working on is hanging (Not responding) frequently. Movement from one cell to another cell is apx taking 1 min :(. Can you help me please.
