Written method.
Problem:
Qualcomm phone is Hard-Bricked and no display at all, and when connecting to PC it always shows " Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COMx) ".
This means that it is Hard-Bricked and stucked in EDL (Emergency Download Mode).
It even not exits the " EDL mode " if you remove the battery and plug it back.
It still stuked in " EDL mode ".
And if you try to flash any file to the same " Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 (COMx) ".
it just simply ends with this error...
"Download Fail:Sahara Fail:QSaharaServer Fail:Process fail"
That simply means that QFIL always needs the fresh port for every new flashing process, as the phone is stucked in this port from the last flashing or due to any reason, It cannot flash to the previously occupied port.
Solution:
So just grab the OLDest version of QFIL that is "QFIL_V_1.0.0.2"
And flash the phone with a working and tested flash file using this oldest QFIL.
and this version of QFIL is communicating to the phone even with previously stucked EDL port.
After flashing done it automatically exits the EDL port.

Yes i faced this problem many times... And solved... You are using standalone portable qfill, so thats why you are facing this problem... Install full QPST and use qfill from there... and shorten the file name and path of the firmware file.. Probably place in C: drive or on your desktop.. Do not use spaces in file name or in full path of the file... I am sure that this will solve your problem.. Thanks for asking valuable question... Hope that you will hit subscribe button too.......

Yes mine was pure qualcomm, which could be flashed by Qualcomm flash files and QPST software directly. Samsung phones flashes by ODIN software.. If it is still stucked in EDL.. Its is now better to handover to a repair shop, Because now you are out of skills and tools needed for it. It will be better if you will hit a subscribe to me... Honestly :)

your question is welcomed. Dont be panic, some times devices got corrupt automatically. for "sahara fail error" you have to remove the back cover. disconnect the battery connector. reconnect it. again put in edl. and try to flash the stock rom. It's been over 8 years since people have started asking. I also have a Pixel XL in EDL mode, but the closest that I and others have gotten is locating a potential MBN file. Since my working Pixel XL was traded in before I knew there was a possibility of extracting the firehose from it, the other firehose files can't be found anywhere. My pixel has been in this state since 6 years ago. I am keeping it in the hope that I can revive it and use it as a phone to upload all my photos in original quality without taking up storage on Google One (and maybe a phone to replace my aging Motorola G6 as a secondary back-up phone).

The possible solutions are: Remove USB cable, remove battery even if it is non removable, press and hold all buttons for maximum 60 seconds, hope it will exit edl, Than insert battery, press and hold all buttons for max 30 seconds. It will boot into OS. Otherwise follow my method in video, and DOUBLE CHECK your flash file, if it is tested or not. this might be problem. because i also stucked in edl due to a bad flash file. If these all are not going to help you in any means please follow other tutorials on the web. And at last give it to a professional when you give up. Thanks and keep smiling even if you have some bad time.

Does Flashing succeeds with any specific version of Qfil?? If Succeeds.. Than it remains in EDL?? Not rebooting automatically?? Firstly After successful flashing it should reboot automatically and leave the EDL mode. Otherwise you can unplug and reconnect the battery connectors back and see.

@@Zettalysis If I use newer versions of qfil it shows process fail, I had to use qfil 2.0.0 to get flashing started, but even after flashing is completed it shows "Download Succeed" "Finish Download" But even after that the phone doesn't restart automatically. I tried unplugging the battery and replugging it but no sign of life :(

Yes Huawei Y5P is a MTK based phone, and you bricked it by flashing it with and incompatible firmware. So please search the exact and tested firmware of your model and flash it.
