please answer as soon as possible . i have a jbuds airsport . they show blue light while in the case and I guess that means they're charging but as soon as I take them out of the case they have no light at all not visible on my phone and PC's bluetooth and dont work at all. what do you think is the problem and Is there a way to fix it ? do I have dead batteries on both ? its relatively new.

@wstm3399 I don't have the airsport model, but with the go air model there is a reset by tapping the right earbud slowly 8 times. Worth a try.

What happens when the case if fully charged and the buds have been in the case over night, and it still says battery medium when they are taken out? This has been happening to me since i got them. Very frustrating having them dying when they have been charging all night (6-8hours)

The ear buds only charge in the case when it is plug in. My problem is that I been charging my ear buds for 5 days now and they are taking a charge.

I Have the jlab sport ones, i just bought them and they dont charge and I was so excited i chucked the receipt in the bin and ruuined the box so i cannot refund. They are brand new and cost me $149 im literally gutted cause its the most complicated tecghnology ive ever come across even figuring how to connect it was complicated. i tried 4 different adaptors, I dont even understand the blinking blue lights or white lights.

My case isn't charging my earbuds are good but i think the cable on the case is broken or something

I had not considered that. How did you determine that the cord is the culprit?

It started working earlier today, for me the fix was to bend the cord back and it started flashing until it started working. But if that didn't work I would've just thought because I kept on dropping it and it just messed up the inside.

So wait, you are saying that when the red light comes, your earbuds are charged when the blue light comes they are charging the case so when the blue light is gone can't you just leave them to charge the earbuds so then it doesn't drain the battery

This video did not help me at all. There was no "fix" anywhere, just an explanation of what the charging lights mean.

@@PittsburghPat I have JLab GO Air earbuds. Even when they're both fully charged, the earbuds are still pulling charge from the case, no matter what charge level the case has. As a result, my case and earbuds die after about 48 hours from full, whether I use them or not. The earbuds are a little over 2 years old, at this point I'm reasonably sure the batteries in the buds are about at the end of their usable life. I was just hoping to find that there was something like a software issue that I might be able to fix!
