The code plugs are no longer available due to the sheer level of support requests we were getting. Hello my name Brandon I have some xpr4550 that I haven't used in about 5 years and my dealer went out business and idk my codeplug to my radio and can't get from dealer I was see if we able help I have mototrbo 14.0 cps and not to with radios seeing if help thanks

This video is for the GP/HT series. You should look out for videos regarding the XPR series to answer your question.

I cannot get any connection at all. I already bought 2 different programming cables. But as soon as i select "Read from Radio", it immediately says ""Can not create unknown radio component.".

Bad USB to serial cable or bad driver. Stick to FTDI cables.
