Wow it worked! Thank you so much!. Now why did this even happen? I have 2 computers with win 10. Only one of them had this. Any ideas?

Absolutely no idea how this happened as I have 6 Windows PC's/Laptops running either Windows 10 or 11 but only the Windows 10 ones or the Windows 11 one that was upgraded from Windows 10 has this issue. No idea where it came from as I didn't knowingly install anything that would have netsupport. Maybe it was one of the cumulative Windows updates ?......

@tribble10 Thanks for getting back to me. I gotcha, weird things happen for sure. I will say the computer that came up with this message automatically upgraded to win 11 one day, beta test version. We didnt like it and down graded back to 10. Could of been the reason 🤷‍♂️. Thanks again for posting this fix.
