in last question how nmos is on when both A and B are 1 ?

example 7 A=B=1 then F=1 but I have doubt that when A=B=1. Both A and B are connected to ground then F should be 0. Please clear my doubt. Thanks for this lecture. You are doing really a great job. Your all videos are excellent. Once again Thanks .

Regarding Example 7 if both A and B were logic 1 then the Vgs of NMOS transistor is less than Vth, so it is in OFF condition right! then how you given a logic 0 as an output(F).

I am glad that finally someone has asked this question. The thing is, many MOSFETs are symmetrical. (Specifically, the one which is fabricated in the integrated circuits). In symmetrical MOSFETs, the gate and source can be used interchangeably. (The way it is used in the pass transistor). The terminal where logic '1' is applied will act as drain terminal. And the terminal where logic '0' is applied will act as source terminal. @@ALLABOUTELECTRONICS sorry to ask this again. But I didn't get this line : "the terminal where logic '0' is applied will act as source terminal". Are you saying that the source terminal will always be logic '0', because in the pass transistor logic video as well you were just considering if we give a logic '1' at the gate terminal alone we can get a strong logic '0' or weak logic '1' (Vdd-Vth) at the drain terminal(output).

@@dineshyajjala2244 No, I am not saying source terminal will also be at logic '0'. But when when you applying logic '0' as an input to one of the MOS terminal, (either S or D terminal) then that terminal will act as a source terminal. On the other hand, on the same terminal, when logic '1' is applied then it will act as a drain terminal. I hope, it will clear your doubt. In the pass transistor video also, I was saying the same thing.
