Thank you thank you! I was out trying to fly and could not figure out why my unlock license wasn’t coming through when I had the controller on hotspot with my phone. Came home to wifi still no luck. Then I found your video! My boyfriend also thanks you as he was done hearing my stress levels increase 😂😂

Do licences appear only the same day of the dates of the requests, or they could be imported sooner? I have done two request, both accepted, I am already logged in, the list is being refreshed but nothing appears for importing

Hello! Yes, those license should already be showing up in your list. You may need to contact DJI support to see if there is a problem.

@@jgalbreath That sucks... I've noticed several companies based in a certain country have very poor quality control. It's gotten to the point where I almost expect to have to return the first product I get because there will be something fatally wrong with it. Good luck to you, I hope you get it resolved soon.

Hey Chris! It's always good to hear from someone from wild, wonderful WV. I don't blame you, my friend. The way DJI creates unnecessary hoops for us to jump through is frustrating to say the least. I have close friend who made the move from DJI to Autel and they said they couldn't be happier. I've been interested in Skydio for a while now but I just can't justify the cost yet. Good luck sir!

To be Clear, you are saying Make Sure you are Logged in on the Controller not just logged in on your computer dji account. I had been logging in over and over on my dji account on the computer, where I requested to unlock fly zones. I finally worked when I realized it was my controller that was not logged in.

Yes, that is precisely correct. And that is also exactly what I had been doing. And I don't know why I assumed I was logged in on my controller (probably because I had to have been at one point and just assumed it would still be logged in) but I was not.

Dji is really garbage for this NFZ bullshit, I am flying to a remote mountain with no people whatsover and it's say In NFZ, chinese made products are really garbage.
