@lvr10285 жыл бұрын
HOW IT’S DONE : Firstly, The pen trick is real for the people saying he used CG😆😆😆. He wisely skips the part where he pulls the pen out. I figured out the trick by watching the original creator of the trick and seeing the flap close behind the pen in slow motion😂. Chris knew it would be too obvious if people watched it in slow motion so he edited that out. There are flaps at the beginning and end of the route on the card the exact size of the pen. Look how he pushes the pen towards the camera after putting the pen in to hide him closing the entry flap. And the pen is a prop pen, the cap is held magnetically to the bottom and the bottom of the cap is flat, aka no pen tip inside. It lets him move it anywhere along the card. a trick very well done 👍 blew my mind seeing it.“Quantum” is the name of the trick.

But quite often, as like on this video, I find myself going, how the **** did he do that?! I can see both sides of the card! And the sharpie! And then I have to switch gears and move back into puzzle mode. But I can guarantee I'll be minding my own business several days from now or trying to go to sleep and my brain will go 'HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE THE HOLE IN THE CARD?? IS there a hole in the card??' 😂😂 Thank you, Chris! Love this stuff (even the confusing magic stuff I don't understand)

Chris fam i dont think you used your fan base correctly by predicting 30k packs. those 13 hours people generally speaking were just the people who woke up knowing and were waiting as soon as they became available, if you put out a poll on how many people didn't get a chance to buy them i think you'd be surprised. Your brand is amazing, aesthetically and in quality, i know because i did manage to get a set of the first release, my point is I've been complemented on them on more than one occasion, by people that aren't into the magic/cardistry world. Not going to lie, started typing this with a bit of salt that i didn't get a chance to pick some up but now i just want you to go as far as you can. To prove my point put a poll on how many people missed vs how many did get them. the people that missed out is guaranteed about half the amount of people that would've bought them. Even with internet trolls your twitter followers are most likely some of your most engaged audience. I wont even go to how much of an increase your would've achieved by putting out a "Almost Out Of First Playing Cards" type vid. or the fact that 30k is a little less that 1.4% of your subscriber count. You make great content regularly and if you continue to do so you can take a small leap of faith into your audience because you've work hard enough to earn it. love you even more if you read this post
