i love contents like this. Seriously, Sadie can make a podcast or just give tips about anything (life, KZbin, career, financial). Her voice is just amazing and i could literally listen to her all day, she's just full of wisdom. And there's something about the way she talks that draws me in. Sooo, hoping for nore sit down videos. I love you Sadie. And i appreciate your care. I feel like, i am your unknowns baby sister lol

My therapist told me (this was for anxiety and works for perfectionism) but he said literally in class or something purposely answer a question wrong and see what happens. Nobody will care and you may feel embarrassed but I think it helps with saying well I ‘failed’ by answering this question wrong but I learned as my teacher/lecturer explained the answer and nothing bad happened. Let yourself ‘fail’ and see what happens. It will allow you to be able to make mistakes and feel more comfortable in doing so. This is just my opinion of course but I think it helps🥰 love your videos Sadie💕

Omg, Sadie answered my question about long term relationship and butterflies!!!✨ (I literally GASPED when heard it hahaha) Thank you so much Sadie❤️, you're so 100% right about movies giving this wrong idea of love. When I'm with my bf I feel calm and warm and safe. But because of these movies I have a fear of missing out! It's such a relief to hear you, such a beautiful person who presents us these beautiful pics to say, that life is actually different from what we see on the screens and that's ok!

Omg Sadie answered my question about diabetes, ahhhhh I’m literally crying. I’ve been so burnt out from taking care of it the I actually just stopped and wasn’t taking anything. It seems like such an easy thing to do but it’s really not, and having to do it multiple times every single day with no breaks and no end. It’s exhausting. But what you said is really inspiring, if I think of it now as like I’m “keeping myself alive” and that I am making myself healthier, will really help me take care on my T1D

Honestly as someone who has a big friend group i can say that she is most definitely correct about the drama. I've heard so many different members tell me they don't like another person, or they feel this way, or someone gets on their nerves, etc. I wouldn't say anyone is necessarily "toxic" and I love my friends but we definitely don't always get along and we are far from perfect.

15:02 For anybody out there having any type of illness, I want you to know that burn out is soooooo normal. People around you will tell you that you are irresponsible or that you cannot take care of yourself and your health which is also ok cz they care about you. I have involuntary urination and sometimes I'm fed upppp so I don't stick to my sleeping schedule and my pills which upsets my mum soooooo much but at the end of the day, I'm trying and you are too. So keep in mind that taking care of yourself and sticking to your illness regulations is a way of selflove and that you are preventing bad situations that aren't comfortable for you. I try to have that mindset cz I hate when I wake up with a wet bed and of course all people who have diabetes hate going low as what Sadie said. Lastly, keep in mind that you're not alone and that millions of people around the world are going through the same thing 💞

the toxic friend thing: yes. i rlly needed to hear that bc that was my situation recently. she WAS rlly close to me, and you definitely described her. luckily, we aren't really spending time together anymore, so i got out of that. thank you for taking time out of your day to help us.

Today I realised my best friend was toxic. I was sitting with this girl during class. She came late. So she had to sit somewhere else. I noticed I was so active in the class with this girl. My bff said the girl is not coming and took his friends to her usual spot where they hang out after class and sat in their seat. And she told lies about her to them. When we reached there I WAS SOOO SHOCKED. It was like, I don't know this girl anymore. Her boyfriend was waiting for her, but she stayed there to insult that girl. She was so jealous, she tried to break that girls friend group

I love your videos. Some advice for the not good enough and competition this is to name that voice in your head a name you just don’t like or after someone you don’t like and then every time that voice pops up, you say back off _______ or shut up_______. It does seem silly but it actually works quite well and helps a lot. I hope this works!
