I found I noticed the most difference with the 4-7-8 breathing technique. I am going to try this daily for a little while and see how it feels. Thanks to both of you for presenting this!

I liked the add on by Ben in regards to box breathing, and Katie's nasal explanation of Alt nostril breathing had me laughing. I personally feel better with the 4/6 breathing. I also do well with Coherent Breathing ie 5 in 5 out.

Can you atleast call them wiht the real name associated to the culture you stole it from? The last one is called anulom vilom and it'sa technique from India.
