Great interview. Props to Gabby for keeping oversight and structure while Ken is racing through these extremely honest and vulnerable moments. Beautiful. This gave me a deeper understanding on aspects of my own crazy.

@@GabbyReeceHe's interesting, but I can't help but notice the elephant 🐘 in the room, performance enhancing drugs. And he didn't just start running yesterday; he's trained his whole life. Think EPO...etc.

What a great interview! I’ve seen and heard a lot of Ken Rideout podcasts and thought what the hell I’ll listen to one more, glad I did!! You got a lot out of him I’d never heard before, seemed like you came at it from a completely different place, so good!

While i was in a rehab facility during some group work they had a write a goodbye letter to our best friend, recalling all the good times and the other things in your life that you put second to your best friend. For me the most painful was my young daughter. I was there physically but checked out mentally and my finances went to my best friend instead of my family. My letter began , dear opiate..........

Thanks for watching! What part of Ken's story inspired you the most? For me, it was hearing about that moment where he recognized that something had to change or he would die. That moment of clarity is always fascinating to me and something that I find very inspiring.

@@GabbyReeceFor me it was hearing how a sociology major went into the pharmaceutical & finance sectors, & skyrocketed to the top against highly competitive, trained ivy Leaguers🙋🙏
