McConnell started it be holding up Obamas appointee 1.5 years yet pushed Coney-Barrett through a month before the Presidency ended. Congress must pass term limits for SCOTUS! There's no need for them to even allow them to hear the Trump immunity case other than to delay everything awaiting Trump since a lower court already ruled on it. Also, McConnell did not impeach Trump because he stated criminal charges could be brought against him after his presidency! Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Comey-Barret should all be impeached since they perjured themselves during their hearings stating Roe was already law of the land!! We don't need a more "Conservative" Supreme Court. We need a more Constitutional Supreme Court who knows their job is simply to enforce the Constitution. It isn't that hard. The government has a number of things spelled out in the Constitution. It says all other powers are given to the states. This Supreme Court seems to want to give the federal government more power, some in favor of Conservatives, some in the favor of the leftists. If something needs to be handled Federally, it needs to go into the Constitution, which is intentionally very difficult, but possible if necessary.
