In high school we took a trip to the county court house. I saw one case of a probation violation for a weapons position.The dense was advocating for no jail time. He put forth positive character statements. All from wardens, asst. wardens and CO's. The judge stopped the dense attorney. He asked how many incarceration the defendent had? Six. How many were probation violations,? Four. All you've shown me is that your client is a model prisoner not a model citizen. So your client needs to be in prison.

Wrong. The judicial system had to put that guy - Adam Bryson aka Adam Graham - into a woman's prison because at court he presented himself as Isla Bryson. Claimed he was trans. Under new self identity laws in all of uk, they had no choice. He was held in solitary confinement in the woman's prison while they investigated him. When his previous history of r@pe assaults against women came to light, the First Minister overruled the self Identifying law and sent him to a man's prison. His ex wife claimed he was faking it. He later admitted to not being trans and using the stupid laws to get a soft sentence and access to plenty of women. He was never allowed near any female prisoners, but had to be held in a woman's prison for sentencing under the law (from Westminster). These cases happened in England too, but didn't get the same media attention so aren't as well known

No, but if you do the hard work that's required, then absolutely you deserve the acknowledgement that you could be the next president of America. Part of self identifying your gender is putting in the work to granite from one to the other. Just dating it isn't enough, you're right but most transgender people are not just saying the words. Their recieving or want to receive gender affirming care and living their lives as the other gender. So many people call transgender women, men regardless of their tranition. Is disrespectful and ignorant. People are making the assumption that women are weak by default and completely disregarding that a genuine transgender woman could be comparable to a woman of decent size and strength.

I just got out of family court (again) Wednesday. The CHIEF judge for my county looked me in the face & said: nonbinary is just a replacement for tomboy & in no way is associated with sexuality. We were discussing my 10 yr old (long story short, mom encourages it). HOW in the world are these people in positions of power?!
