Marvellous to see your 28mm Napoleonics again JP. My French Cuirassiers and Chasseurs a Cheval were crushed by the Russians in this weeks game on my table. The Guard Hussars watched on from the rear as they didnt want to get their niceunififorms soiled!

The lances for the Uhlans and Hussars don't look like Perry metal lances, did you have them replaced and would you be able to share where you got the replacement lances from?
