They did themselves dirty by not striking a deal on making it permanent, the shade is one of the prettiest they have released and I think could have been a global best seller, instead they rode the wave of creating junk

It's so sad that it wasn't more widely available, I feel like it's a staple shade that everyone should experience.

They might not be as cool as they used to be, but I still love all of my MAC single shadows, both the sparkly exciting ones and the everyday basics. A couple of the discontinued shades like Greensmoke and Sumptuous Olive will have to be pried from my cold, dead hands. They just go on so easily, and layer and blend nicely. I can literally smudge Ricepaper on with my finger in 30 seconds before I leave the house, and look marginally more awake for work. I'll take hard-to-fuck-up over super-pigmented any day of the week!

Yeah I'm in that camp too, give me easy and quick but pretty and effective all day every day, I don't want to spend 20 minutes blending my eyeshadow lol

You just can’t beat the classics. I’ve got all this expensive eyeshadow, and yesterday I pulled out my ancient Wet n Wild Comfort Zone palette I bought for $1.99 and used it. Still blends like a dream and shines!

You might like the Fenty stick foundation, it seems like ppl with combo-dry to dry skin loves the product. I love the idea of using discontinued products, really inspires me to use mine. I am planning to pan all my hourglass powders. I already finished one face compact up 6 more to go 😅

My favorite discontinued thing in my collection is probably the Becca Light Shifter Dewing Tint. I have a partially used tube in the right shade, a tube one shade deeper (that more or less works) and three backup tubes of my correct shade. It makes my face look like a glowing pearl. Talk about hitting it out of the park right before the brand went under. Also my Urban Decay Electric palette. Bought it half off when it was discontinued back in ... 2015(?) and it still performs perfectly. I'll never get rid of it.

As an oily skin girlie, back in the day I really loved KVDs OG foundation. It was super full coverage, didn’t slip off my face but didn’t look like a mess of unblendable wall paint either 😂 it worked so well for my skin. I understand why so many trends are gearing towards natural, soft coverage, glowy base products these days, and I know it works well for so many, but damn I miss the hay day of full coverage matte foundations

Shu Uemera Haircare is still available on Meccas website. I use their scalp shampoo and conditioner and it’s my go to. 😊

Hydro and Teacher's pet from Sugarpill. A very Christmas-y glittery green and a very fall like deep orange with golden shimmer. T.T I'm terrified for the brand, they are not restocking in a while, not even the US website. I'm running out of my backups, they are my favourite lipsticks formula. I hope I'm wrong.

The amount of googling I’ve done to try and find a dupe for Camden Girls is horrendous. I’ve landed on Nars Afterglow Lip Shine in Nympho as my cool gloss of choice now but it’s not Camden Girls 😭

The hourglass illume sheer colour trio was a permanent product but they discontinued it as the brand were transitioning to be all vegan. The US website now have the new formula which I think is the one you have, but Mecca never got it 😭

I’ve got mature dry skin and I don’t need to use setting powder any longer. I find it ruins my look, and I start looking really dry quicker.

@@HaileyO Also, I rely on Clinique’s Moisture Surge Face Spray. In the afternoon when the lines and wrinkles on my face and neck start to ‘grow’ I use it to make them go away. Doesn’t lift my base too, which is nice.

Just turn on the air conditioner, your not just saying your hot ,but oh my we can see you how so uncomfortably hot you look. Take a break, splash uour face, sit back, cool down so when you resume the video, you don't look so miserable from the heat. Or aat least sit in front of fan to pull yourself together.

I don’t have access to cooling in my filming room, it is full of lights that produce excess heat, I'm not going to 'splash' my face while I'm wearing a full face of makeup. Not every situation in life has a perfect solution. If I or my content annoys you so much that you feel the need to leave comments like this then stop watching, find someone who doesn't irritate you.

@@HaileyO A desk fan would help you be or look more comfortable... My bad, I didn't think of your make up when I said splashing yourself was a good idea. Dont assume your not like, sure you changed alot..but I loved watching the long hours f content you used to do, my favorite was The long facial spray video... I watched that from the beginning until the very end and loved every minute. 🌷
