If it was Pat's or Genos that sandwich was ruined by existing. Genuinely no Philadelphian goes to either of those tourist traps. Jim's Steaks (RIP burned down but will be rebuilt), Delissandros, or John's Roast Pork are the ones folks go to for cheese steaks. Ishkabibles and Woodrows Sandwich shop are also good (Woodrows is has the best pork and broccoli rabe sandwich IMO) but if it was Pat's or Genos reroll and try again
