Non-frightening things like coconut oil and potato starch. There are exceptions that use cultures and aging, though they don't seem as popular IME. But I do understand that logic, and of course, this information wouldn't apply to someone's viewpoint when they don't _know_ what goes into it... so thanks for sharing this point of view!

About that norwegian brand Brunost(brown cheese); Itrs extremely nice with strawberry jam underneath. Multiply how nice it is if you use warm waffles with sour cream, strawberry jam and brunost on top of that. I don't know anything that tastes better than that. Extra bonus if you have some hot cocoa to go with it and its a snowy winter day. Also for the record, the guy in the video sliced that brown cheese much thicker than you are supposed to, that cheese is strong so you want thin slices. You should try it Flats, you will never regret it and you might start toying with the thought of moving there just for this. Don't have much to say about norwegian foods, but this one they nailed.
