Geez, did they drink a couple cups of coffee.. They are hyped up..They are so cute and funny! Little Miss looking at Gracie trying to roll over as if to say, “Pfft, you’ll never get over doing it like that”. Gracie tossing here head to the the song, “I whip my hair back and forth”. I could’ve swore Lena got Little Miss in the butt when she kicked out…So entertaining watching them. Thanks again for sharing!

I love the girls together because they race around a lot it seems while the boys play mostly nipping games. Or maybe it’s just that Gracie has found a good match to let off steam with. My gelding does the same head tossing Gracie does at 6:55!! He's a Percheron x Quarter Horse so definitely not just an Arabian thing. He does it when his energy levels are super high.

You've done a wonderful job with these horses. I get a chance to view your channel every now and then and I can really see a difference in the horses behavior. To me Gracie has really matured. 😆🤣😂LOL pretty silly love the leaping and kicks full of beans .lots of energy . Maybe the weather . Head toss like dogs bows and leaps invitation to play. Maybe they didn't get enough exercise yesterday. Fun to watch but a little like over excited kids need a bit of calmness. Maybe Luke and Lena will calm things down. Wow even Lena full of vigor.

I'm a bit worried when Gracie suddenly avoids the fence bucking in the corner, that she hurts her feet. She is always so excited. Her profile is so beautiful, so Arabian! My gelding does the head shake especially when he's herding my 2 mares away. He's the dominant horse of the three so it may have something to with that. Beautiful horses! Gracie is so flashy!

Graeme! What a great video! It's an odd thrill to watch horses running and leaping in play, we want to fly with them! I notice Little Miss ( aka Pearl) waiting nicely as Wild Gracie rolls belly up, so vulnerable, before they take off. I miss Peggy's signature crow-hop after rolling. My quarter horse got the head shake from my Miniature pony I used to have. Timbit (my mini) would shake and toss his head like that and my horse Buggs and my mom's horse adopted it lol

I love these Girl Horsey Playtime videos a lot. Also, I wanted to ask if you want to would you make a video maybe during the next horsey check, and tell us what a typical week is like for each of the horses? Who gets ridden, where, how often and by whom? Who takes part in riding lessons? How often? That sort of thing, a "week in the life of" for each horse. I would love that.

Hmm.. well, it's kinda easy. Currently only Lena is in the lesson program regularly. Once in a while I bring in Luke or one of the Wildies depending on what I want to explain or show. Mostly I do the riding around here and I don't have a set schedule... I'll try to do maybe "a day in the ideal life" :) otherwise it might be very boring

I looked at it in my editing software and the audio waveform shows a spike a few frames after the kick on the first kick. The next two miss without a doubt, but that first one is actually questionable for sure. If she did get her, it would have been on the back of the left leg up near her butt.

I remember seeing a pair of horses lungs that some university had taken out of a dead horse and they inflated them and deflated them at the rate of which a horse would at rest, at a trot, a gallup, and a full on run and they breath differently depending on the run and I think it was they breath in and out with one full forward motion when running at speed and to see those massive lungs (which are the length of the horses torso) going in and out was truly amazing and now I see why they can do that because their nostrils are huge.

You commented on Gracie’s trot; I’ve noticed that she really likes to extend it every chance she gets. My Dad, an old 1930’s cowboy, used to say that any gait extension was a sign that the horse had some worm/hot blood. Gracie’s an Arab, if I remember correctly. Fits, huh? She is a beaut. That’s certain.

I love these two. I have an Arabian. He does a lot of head tossing and snorting when he's showing off his moves/really feeling himself. I'm always impressed with Little Miss and her speed out of the gate but Gracie clearly brought 🔥🔥🔥🔥 today! Little Miss is so agile and quick on her feet. She is a total treasure.
