@@phumlamazibuko3003 this one is dumb😂 only a few Zimbabweans on the ZEP permit were excited about that court ruling, even the Helen Suzman lawyers were not excited because that was not a real victory, it was like a temporary interdict and extension because the court found an “administrative right/justice error” on the side of the home affairs that’s why the termination was declared invalid, the courts then advices the minister to start the process of terminating the ZEP permit from scratch, but the minister has made an appeal to the SCA pending the outcome. So this one didn’t understand the ruling. With permanent residency they should just forget🤞🏽 they are not getting them Shame🥱
