I was getting gas a few months ago and a local lawn care company recognized me from my videos. He told me that his dad is a mailman and there is a house on his route that is abandoned and the yard is always CRAZY overgrown. I drove by it but didn't quite have the time to knock it out as it was a lot to do, so I put it on the backburner.
A few weeks ago, The Lawn Care Juggernaut called me and told me he would be in town and we should cut a lawn together. This was the first house that immediately came to mind. We walked around and the back yard was INSANELY tall. You couldn't see Kevin behind the grass and weeds! We saw that the back door had been broken into and the inside was completely torn apart. A neighbor later told us that a few months earlier, there were a bunch of cops outside after someone broke in.
We made this place look like a home again. Although we couldn't redo the entire home, cleaning up the yard makes the neighborhood look better and hopefully doesn't attract anyone to break in again.

you blokes have done a beautiful job. trees down from windows, bit worried about electric cords. one blokes not too good as a decorative trimmer! But sure can clean the leaves and lawn. Between you both fantastic. I don't like trees hanging over houses. you nearly sorted that out. Just how much time and effort would it have taken for the actual neighbors to get together and just clean up the damn yard, for their own homes' sakes. Not much, if they all did a little, or took a weekend. They could've made it an occasion complete with a pot luck and barbecue, beer and refreshments. Sorry but I've got no sympathy for those neighbors. These two SB guys are taking more responsibility, and being more truly neighborly, than the people who just happen to live next door, spy on the empty house like Mrs. Kravitz from Bewitched, and bitch. Mr. Rogers would praise SB, but he'd be sorely disappointed in the bums next door.

This is an absolutely gorgeous piece of property. I love how it is laid out. Yes, the house would have to be completely renovated I guess, but wow, this property has tremendous potential. I would eliminate all the landscaping and re-do it all. Even if the lawn needed to be completely re-sodded, it would look awesome when finished. This homeowner should seriously thank you. Not sure of their circumstances, but they have a wonderful property. Too bad nobody lives there and can maintain it. Thank you guys for helping them out. If I lived close by, I would attempt to buy that house if I needed a home. I would turn that home into the most beautiful home in the entire neighborhood.

U 2 teaming up was a blast 2 watch. I'm 63 yrs old, & still learning how the different tools work on different areas. That blade edger would help this ol' woman out. Probably too expensive though. It doesn't matter, this weekend, where I live in Molalla Oregon, electric service 2 b cut off due 2 wildfire possibility. Its gonna b hot, low humidity, with an East wind. Not Good! Edging is the BEST part, followed by weed whipping, tree and shrub pruning. What a nice house in a nice subdivision, probably a rental. You guys did awesome!!!! Glad Kevin was there to help with this project, I bet the neighbors are thrilled!!

Fantastic transformation!!! It was fun to see the two of you tackle this huge and WAY overgrown yard!! The beauty of the shape of the driveway was revealed and I was shocked how much there was and the cool shape. WOW! WOW! WOW!... that is all I could say on all the before/after pics. This was an amazing transformation. I follow you both and Al Bladz and am obsessed with your work. I'm OCD about my yard. Im the only one allowed to mow. It's not anything special but I love doing the work. Love you guys and am so glad to see you doing what God put you here for. Helping others.

I'm only halfway through watching this and I am always impressed by the care and diligence you take in getting everything just so neat and tidy, especially the edging and trimming. And it was great to see the Lawncare Juggernaut participate in this one too! I'm also amazed that you take the chance of damaging your equipment to make the community a better place. Bravo to you both. What a community service you performing, all for free. Don't know if there is a way to contact the homeowner or estate to let them know their property has been broken into and/or deteriorating. It won't take long before a home that is not occupied to begin to break down. "Ghost" properties start bringing down value of neighboring homes and neighborhoods. You boys did a wonderful job with this property.

I love that YOU help out random people but boo to the worthless neighbors that NEVER helped out another neighbor. I'd never let a fellow neighbors' yard EVER get like that, but I guess that's my blue color upbringing from PA and military service. So many people are LUCKY you do this for them. Keep up the amazing transformations.
