Love JA, great band. Whenever my friends and I hang out to listen to music and rediscover songs of the 60's to 80's the Jefferson rendition of bands come up frequently. I just love their anthem "We Built this City" pumps me up.

@JeromeDukes Totally Jason! That song gets a bad rep by some and I don't know why. It is a really good song. I did a review of that one a couple of years ago when I first started...fun song 🥰

@JeromeDukes Yes many say it is one of the worst songs of all time despite being immensely popular. I don't get that. It is far from that imho. Just google worst songs of all time and I bet it shows up on a number of lists. I think these lists are crap because there are some really good songs on these lists

Love this song, the lead singer has an amazing voice, I looked her up - Grace Slick, apparently she was great friends with Janis Joplin.

Really Great Thumbnail for video is the Album Cover of Surrealistic Pillow : Jefferson Airplanes masterpiece from 1967 Aside for Someone to Love it also has White Rabbit But my favorite J.A song is from same album and its called Today J.A had 2 singers ; Grace Slick and Marty Balin Im in the Marty camp as he sings lead on 3 of their best songs Today , Volunteers and Miracles Another Band that came out of this group is Hot Tuna Truly awesome jam band

Hot Tuna were a Jefferson Airplane side project fronted by Jorma Kaukonen on guitar and Jack Cassidy on bass And a revolving supporting cast Still going after all these years
