Those ceramic trees come in several sizes... i used to be in a ceramics painting class... they pre-firing are 2 or 3 sections that are put together before firing... you are correct, they are worth at least $150... 3 layers of glaze with sanding out all the holes before the glaze fire... the white tips are actually a paint on snow... SO much work to make....

Loved your forest Christmas tree collection. Don’t sell those puppies. I am 62 and my grandma had one of these a long long long time ago. Those trees will only get more valuable as time goes on. Hang on to that collection. One piece of advice, store inside in a nice cool house because the paint and ceramics will last longer and chances of it crazing are less if stored inside rather than a storage house or attic. Enjoy your treasures!

I have about eight of those trees. They light up. Do you understand you can go to a pottery shop and make those so easy and so cheap? All you have to do is have them fire the greenware once and then you can either paint them with acrylics or you can paint them with the glaze and have them fire them again. Depending on how badly you want them
