It is amazingly beautiful that Misty Morse gave Brent Huck , her murderer the dog when he was just a puppy from a place of love and it was the dogs hair that helped convict Brent Huck as her murderer. He truly is mans best friend in so many ways. It is definitely a form of _poetic_ _justice_ . 🐕

A barrister once explained the difference between a forensic and a circumstantial case to me like this: He said a criminal case predominantly featuring forensic evidence eg fingerprints, DNA etc, is regarded as gold standard, irrefutable evidence, and a very strong and sound case. He likened a forensic evidence case like that, to one single, thick, incredibly strong steel cable. But if you have enough circumstantial evidence, all pointing to the defendant's guilt, he said that could be likened to a steel cable made up of multiple thinner strands of steel, all joining together - and with sufficient strands of circumstantial evidence, of sufficient quality, they can form a strand that's just as strong - and sometimes even stronger - than the 'single steel cable' of a predominantly forensic case.

Good Show. I find Tamron Hall credible. What is good here is helping justice by shining the light on unjust tragedy.

I believe he thought he was going to be found not guilty. If he had done his researched, he would have known that most people are found guilty. He should have ask for a plea!!! I've seen this happen too many times.

In some cases the defense attorneys are going to hell in a handbag with their clients. Before DNA and technology it was on circumstantial evidence. How do people think he’s innocent?

@@glamdolly30 Yes! There are lots of sick people in the world these days! It seems to be getting worse. Some say it was always this bad, but we didn’t have internet & so we didn’t hear as much about it as we do now. But I feel it has gotten much worse than it used to be. Family Values are not really that prevalent anymore. It’s sad!

His hatred of women was disgustingly apparent. The way he spoke of Misty was a crime in itself to me!!! Anyone with a concious would never speak of someone that has passed in such a manner. He is so arrogant with a total disregard for that beautiful life he stole from Misty's loved ones. Great decision by the jury! Let him spend the rest of his life pondering what he will never be, and can never achieve; humanity. Rest in peace Misty.🙏❤

You nailed it! My thoughts exactly!.. it speaks VOLUMES the way he talked about her to detectives. He even gave them possible scenarios of how this could've happened to her... this was an obvious attempt to mislead them, but of course, the detectives saw right through that!

I was going to be really upset if this ended with a not-guilty verdict!! People like this, whom are so smug in their self-righteous narcissism, disgust me. What he did to that poor girl is unforgivable, given the fact, all she was looking for was love and acceptance. He could have left her alone, but the fact he kept sleeping with her, possibly gave her hope of a future together, so she kept answering his calls, and coming around. I hate it when people lead people on like this. It is so cowardly and selfish!! And to top it all off, he murders her, and has all the nerve to assume he will get away with it! He is so sure of himself, he doesn't even bother to clean up the crime scene, even when knowing the cops are looking at him! Seems he had a great role model as a father, and as always, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree! 🤬🖕
