That really depends on how easily people recognize you, I think. If people see you and immediately think, "That's Elend!" then you're definitely Wayne dressing up as Elend

Hey Brandon, I have to admire how you seemlessly switch from third person... limited? to first person in Tress of the Emerald Sea. This is the first book of yours that Ive read beginning to end. I tried Emperor's Soul years ago and had a hard time with that one. When Hoid breaks the narrative flow for his whimsical contributions, its pretty silly. Sometimes annoying with a purpose. Technically speaking. I admire the technical things in your writing style with this book. Its been enjoyable!

Speaking of amazon dominating the market: will there be a way for non-US fans to get the english audiobook of stormlight 5? these are extremely notoriously difficult to get in english (with US narrations) outside the US. amazon just refuses to give you the english version if you're not in an english country. It's one of the reasons why I love Brandon's kickstarters so much, it allows me to buy these with no problems!

On reddit they have said that they are aware of the issue and are working with backerkit to resolve it, that was 30 min ago so it should be as updated info as you can get.

They mentioned in a reddit comment to open a ticket on Dragonsteel's support page and they'll make sure everything from your original pledge is added appropriately once Backerkit has resolved the issue. HUGE props to DS for being so prompt and attentive to this!!

I just finished mistborn trilogy. And I just have to say ***SPOILERS* I’m upset with how Kelsier, Vin and Elland died. Sazed’s crisis of faith gave me a “feels bad” moment when he became Unity. I had a strong feeling that Elland was going to die but not Vin. And I get how Vins soul wouldn’t want to come back to her body and leave the world to her “heirs” but that feels like it doesn’t fit Elland’s character type. I feel like he would come back maybe not with the same ferocity as Kalodin Stormblessed but at least once to make sure his death didn’t lead to an untimely power vacuum. Vin never got to see the flowers and I think that just makes me hurt all over. Kelsier shouldn’t have sacrificed himself because Vin would’ve figured out how to kill the lord ruler even without kelsier’s death. It would be a different form of struggle as the man, who they think has all the answers and is the best leader, lets them down and tells them that he doesn’t know what to do once he breaks the world. It could’ve branched in so many different ways and still been a story about struggling against the impossible odds. Elland becoming a mistborn felt like a weird way to save his life just to have him beheaded. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It just felt like everything fell like a house of cards in the last hour of the trilogy. Maybe I just got too attached to Vin and wanted to protect her like a brother should, not how her brother HAD to do it given the circumstances

It had to be this way. Although I totally agree on von not seeing the flowers being so unfair. But if kelsier stayed alive he would've got in vin's way AND not be in his own new quest in the IN-BETWEEN - hope you read the novella - It's sad that Elland AND vin had to die, but they've been suffering for YEARS in this. And they were pewter dragging their whole lives so it's only fair that when they find a chance to rest they'd take it Not to mention that sazed was there with them which probably gave them more comfort in the situation
