Regarding your discussion on Kashf: Vajdan gives the most appropriate response to the Kashf's dreams regarding his marriage with her sister. When Kashf wondered about the validity of those dreams, Vajdans responds that he has been making duas for him to get married to Kashf. This is directly in line with our belief system, in Islam we believe that only one thing can alter Qadr and that is dua. It was a beautiful scene and sentiment imparted to the public! our public needs to be educated in these matters; taveez aur peeron say bahar niklaein aur directly communicate with Allah. A very logical turn of events!

Mushk is hands down what’s keeping me entertained in the last half of 2020. It reminds me of the iconic era of HUM- zindagi gulzar hai, humsafar, dur e shahwar, Diyar e Dil. Hopefully my opinion doesn’t change as the story progresses forward.

One thing I got frustrated with in Mushk and in almost all Pakistani dramas is that when a person is in such a tragic, frightening and desperate situation like Shayan when he escaped the jail, they should be more careful and extra conscious for every step they take because human mind start working ten times faster in frightening situations but in drama they are shown complete idiots. Why on earth Shayan was running like crazy without taking any precautions like hiding somewhere to see whether people are after him or not? Why he didn't change his get up with the help of his rescurer? Did he not know his Uncle will send men immediately after him? And in that shabby get up, he was asking everyone in the village where the Malik sahab's haveli is! Like seriously, who ever sees such a man and after his uncle men will point pistol at this person, he will immediately give your name because you are so noticeable! This stupidity is hard to believe!

I agree with Hassan in regards to Mushk, her self respect in that she came back PREGNANT, without her husband, she will die before she tells her parents that that is her kid. That is such a big thing, when you've broken the trust of your family that trusted that you will only go abroad to study, no girl will easily drop such a big secret to her family. The second her father would find out that is her child, he would've kicked her out too. Mehek's reaction is completely justified, a girl in that position will only beg for her child's safety while keeping her secret.

They did make Sultan Heroic by saying mn ne khud ko goli maari hai, out of no where. He was meant to stay alive and die in jail for all his sins. That would be right end of Sultan. Writer hence gave a reason to glorify Sultan. A person who has watched Sultan from day first to last would understand if Sultan survives, he would again make other's life hell. Secondly, Nageen had no reason of loving Sultan after so much betrayal and literally "zulm" on her. The story of Nageen is not same as "The beauty and the beast" thing.

Sultan was not a hero. You missed the story in the middle when he was pretending to marry Nageen but on their wedding day kidnaps her from the palour and keeps her prisoned for a couple of days and then has her thrown in front of her sister’s house. Sultan gives statements that he will not marry a girl who ran off with her lover. No one believes her and she suffers a lot. Her brother in law tries to sell her off and she runs away to another city. Later when he finds her married to his employee he wants her back and goes to any length to get her. She is not divorced but tells Sultan to take her revenge

Your show make me think more on dramas. Love your thoughts. So my comments are: Muqadder: Raima has left with no way to go plus sokan ki jelousy changes definitely every women. So she has to do pretend love to her husband. Raz e ulfat: i would be happy if they show that mushk will regret her past behaviour. The whole sequesnce happened with her are far from reality. Kash: Kashf saw in dream thezoya's wedding day only. That may only be what zoya wanted. She never saw in dream wajdaan amd zoya after merriage. So dream was right. And yes amna i would like the ending you wanted.

With all due respect, I disagree with two viewpoints: 1) Thappar chilana ghasitna is all violence and aggresion. It is irritating but certainly not "entertaining". 2) When the writer has written a character it has its own traits. So, to say "if I was in that position" is a bit unjust because we have different personalities hence, different responses to a situation. Moomal's character is going through guilt and uncertainty, hence her reaction is different than normal motherly response. But, do love the point raised that no cheating, obnoxious, clingy and criminal character be glorified be it man or woman bcz what's wrong is wrong despite gender. Stay safe and take care. 🌺

Here’s what I think about Amna’s question regarding male and female shown as home wreckers. @31:50 The difference is that minal khan character wouldn’t be such a hateful one if Asfi didn’t fall for her. He’s ready to go with Nisha and has no worry for Misha. In dramas like ishqiya, deewangi, and khaani etc, we don’t hate much of the “home wrecker male” character because females are shown strong to ignore these men.
@monstaxgotmeoutofexobts24604 жыл бұрын
i believe it's because the thing with nisha in Jalan is, she's not getting hate only because she's a girl. but because she's wrecking her own sister's home. she didn't even know/like the guy before. she got to know about him only as her behnoi and still she didn't respect that rishta. she doesn't even love him. at first she didn't even want to have him. she just didn't want her sister to have a better husband. and she purposely backstabbed a sister who loves her so dearly. whereas in Ishqiya, hamza tried to wreck his ex-girlfriend's home (that too because she ditched him first and he was hurt) that doesn't make it right but it's not the same either. i havent watched Deewangi, Khaani or Muqaddar so i cant comment on them
@AreebasCorner4 жыл бұрын
MONSTA X got me out of exo&bts Yes, I partially agree that it’s more hatred for Nisha because she wrecked her own sister’s home but if you see Kashf drama, her sister is also trying to wreck her own sister’s home but we don’t hate her as much as Nisha (or at least I don’t) because Wajdaan loves Kashf so dearly. He hasn’t fallen for Kashf sister not even for a second. That’s just how I see it.

Amna In deewangi, the girl Nageen fell in love with Sultan in the beginning but he only lured her to get revenge of the slap by kidnapping her on their wedding night. Yes, Sultan ans Nageen were set to get married. A day later, he drops her outside her sisters home. Her brother in law is furious so she has to run away and goes to Lahore There she meets Haroon on the train, she stays at his place for a night and then goes to her phupos. She gets a job at Haroons workplace and her phupo accuses her of being with Haroon so he marries her. Sultan is married to his cousin and has a daughter too. He accidentally pushes his wife while shes pregnant and she dies while giving birth 4 years later Sultan comes back to Pakistan and sees Nageens sister somewhere. He then follows her and gets to Nageen whom he has actually fallen in love with now and then begins his deewangi He gives Haroon and his family a great job in his news channel and then hires Haroons ex girlfriend to take him away to Dubai with her, so he can have Nageen When Haroon finds out, Sultan tries to get him killed but he survives, he then kills Haroons girlfriend too Nageen then goes to him and says she is already divorced and gets him to pay for Haroons medical expenses. She is not actually divorced, in the end she kills Sultan and Haroon takes the blame and is sent to jail. Sultan on his death bed tells the police he shot himself . Haroon and Nageen are reunited

I completely agree with Hasan on Mushk because at that time Mehak's dada jee was not there in the house and us ki ghar main chalti hai laikin dada jee k under. Us waqt guards wagaira sab tayi k control main tha and tayi already hates Mehak to Mehak k batanay par wo bachay aur Mehak donoan ko bhi maar sakti thi. Tayi ko koi tars nahi aana tha us par. Us sai bachnay k liye aur is liye bhi k us main himmat nahi thi aur us ka shohr wahan nahi tha she did not tell tayi because telling her was useless aur jahan tak maamta ki baat hai she will tell Adam k us ka bacha hai as we will see in the next episode jab k normal halaat main wo shayad usay kabhi nahi batati. The thing is she did tell about the baby but us shaqs ko jis ko batanay sai koi faida ho na k us shaqs ko jis ko batanay sai mazeed nuqsan ho.

Aamna you raised a very good point related to the difference in the reception of neg male and female characters... I think it's the portrayal that's at fault, the male ones are glorified and we are played into liking them but Nisha has been altogether portrayed as a witch and no where we are given a chance to develop sympathy for her.. I think portrayal is a big reason but may be the stereotypes are also playing a role... I hate glorification of disgusting male characters so I haven't watched any such drama, started Muqaddar but could not watch bcz I hated Saifu so much and couldn't stand him.. Jalan ki I have watched 2 3 episodes and that's what I felt :)

Can we all pleass take notice of how SAIBA drugged Mushq? What she did was criminal act and how she acted all innocent? I'm dissapointed at how so many people just say it easily "Haan bas nasha dey diya aur wo behosh ho gyi." How is this normal at all?????

For me, it's equally wrong and disgusting whether it's the guy or the girl who's doing anything against our islamic values and morals. and there is equal punishment of cheating/adultery in islam for both genders. the thing with nisha in *Jalan* though is, she's not getting hate only because she's a girl. but because she's wrecking her own sister's home. she didn't even know/like the guy before. she got to know about him only as her behnoi and still she didn't respect that rishta. she doesn't even love him. at first she didn't even want to have him. she just didn't want her sister to have a better husband. and she purposely backstabbed a sister who loves her so dearly. whereas in *Ishqiya* hamza tried to wreck his ex-girlfriend's home (that too because she ditched him first and he was hurt) that doesn't make it right but it's not the same either. I haven't seen Muqaddar, Khani or Deewangi so i cant comment on that. In *Meray Paas Tum Ho* the biggest issue i had with mehwish and shahwar both was that they committed adultery. they lived together for months without getting married. and both of them were punishable by death according to islam. i wouldn't have hated mehwish this much if she had taken divorce/remarried before sleeping with shehwar. the thing with female negative characters are they are always backstabbing their own sisters. current dramas *Kashf* *Jalan* even *Saraab* Although in Saraab, even if namal turns into the evil jealous sister, it wont be as bad as nisha because namal already liked his cousin without knowing that hoorain liked him as well. the character of nisha is closest to saba qamar's character in the blockbuster drama *Maat* (written by umera ahmed). the cast was spectacular as well. it was honestly the best drama i've seen of this genre.
@monstaxgotmeoutofexobts76524 жыл бұрын
also i dont really understand asfand's character in Jalan. at first i thought that he told nisha that he would marry her only to stop her from attempting suicide. He enjoys nisha's company no doubt but i didn't actually believe that he doesn't love meenu anymore just from the fact that he was constantly worrying and kind of torn up between the two. he definitely still cared for her. also i dont believe he was the typical dil phenk, tharki, playboy mard. atleast that's what they tried to show. if he was, he shouldn't have been this shareef before getting married. it's not like he isn't handsome or rich enough that there woudn't have been any other girls before nisha trying to seduce him. still meenu was the first and the only girl he ever fell for. I believe they are trying to show that it was Nisha's extraordinary seductive skills rather than the badneeyati/tharkpan on the man's part. she took it as a dare and succeeded in seducing the most honorable, loving husband ever

Hi guys. Amna so glad you watched deewangi, honestly speaking the story was good but it did drag on. Also, just wanted to tell the brief story (spoiler alert) sultan does win nageen over in the beginning and on the day of the marriage he gets her kidnapped, in order to enact revenge for being slapped, hence causing her to flee. But being the narcissist he is, he does track her down again. Jalan was very fast paced, but again how can a sister do that? Also, the story plot is similar to an old Bollywood movie, with Jackie shroff, amrita Singh, and juhi Chawla. It also has a sibling who believes she's entitled to everything and actively tries to ruin her sisters married life. No please don't review MTA, it's very weird because it sort of glorifies the whole, it's ok if the girl that harasses u is pretty and can be seen as love. Where as again if gender roles were reversed, this would cause an uproar. Anyway that's my two cents! Have a great weekend!

Faiza iftikhar is going through a bad spell. Neither prem gali nor bandhay aik dour se have a gripping script. I can’t place my finger on prem Gali but it’s definitely not up to the mark. She tried to make another aangan but failed. She had spent years on aangan but after it’s success everyone wanted another aangan and I think it was the pressure to quickly spit out another script that caused this fiasco . I think she should take a break and let her creative juices take their time. Because we know she can deliver magic

Mushk: I agree with amna, I wouldn’t leave my small baby to even the father. And please emphasise this with big letters, the boyfriend shall always respect the girls boundries, and if he blackmails with suicide, then it’s NEVER EVER the girls problem!
@kholamalik4 жыл бұрын
@@zubairsadiq4475 even islam says talaq and khula is an option. If girl or boy want to end the relation. Then the reaction should be mature. So yes its never the other persons fault that you make a bad descision such as suicide.
@kholamalik4 жыл бұрын
@@zubairsadiq4475 ok let’s leave Islam out of this. But you can whenever you want to end a relation, without having guilt or responsibility for the other persons actions or feelings. In the end it’s your feelings which counts, and if you feel that you don’t want to spend rest of your life with a person, then it’s ok to end it. Next if a person is so stupid that it tries to manipulate you to do something you don’t feel like (just like in mushk) then for me it’s wrong and not love. In a love relationship you respect the other person feelings, boundries and honour.

@@zubairsadiq4475 for women it’s not always lust, but bad decisions. The love is blind, and in the beginning of a relationship one shows best behaviour. And by the time when you realise the actual personality, then it’s ok to back off in a nice manner. And yes emotions will break, but better then you keep moving on with a person you don’t want to live with. Well in my opinion love is a tricky and deep feeling, and not many can tell apart from liking someone and love someone.

@@zubairsadiq4475 that was not a women card, but it’s a call for both parties. So instead of calling my opinion absurd, give me your opinion. Hassan thank you for watching and reviewing Bikhray Moti. As hard as it is to watch for me being a mother, unfortunately this kind of crime (sexual assault of children, child marriages to older men) is rampant in society and these issues need to be addressed. Can’t praise Neelum Munir on her powerful performance, and especially the 2 children playing Janoo and Shahzadi are such sensitive actors despite being so young. This drama is raw and unfiltered, and definitely not for the faint-hearted...but one is compelled to watch every episode. Bravo! 👏👏👏

Haroon’s treatment was very expensive and they could not afford it. Haroon’s car accident was also done by Sultan’s men. I agree Hiba was looking terrible as a bride. The same jewellery Ushna is wearing as a bride in Bandhay Ik dor se and she is looking gorgeous

I’m with Amna about mushk not doing more to stop her baby from leaving the Hawaili . She preferred to save her reputation and let her baby go away with a stranger. Undigestible . Amna you give the best advices between your reviews , nus kat raha hy tu...“ mar janay do salaay ko” , “ Asfi k baghair mar jaongee ... behen tu maar hee Jaaa” ! 😂😂 lethal but to the point advice. 👍 To answer your question about why obsessive male characters are liked and why Minal is not getting the same feedback ... I think only those male characters are liked who are shown to suffer , physically or emotionally , like Khaani... where the guy was absolutely obsessed with the girl but his own life became a living hell following her... he lost power, family, sukoon, and finally when he realized what he had done he just wanted to die and get over with the suffering but even that was taken away from him. I never felt any sympathy for Saifo in muqaddar, or Hamza in ishqiya, or Bilal Abbas in cheekh ...to me these are evil manipulative men . Can’t comment on deewangee because haven’t seen the whole show. Minal on the other hand is just cold hearted b**ch. Suffering say USka dur dur tak koi talluq hee Nahee tu hamdardi kaisay hogee.
