Saw Kamli in a Rawalpindi cinema,it is a beautiful movie a real piece of art, still think that some parts /questions remained unanswered. People after the show were explaining each other about the the climax according to their understandings. .

A little bit surprised that only now you guys have become certain that Saba is an excellent performer. Amongst the top pool of actresses currently, she has always been the most skilled and consistent, and anyone who is familiar with all of her work would know that. There never has been a lapse in her performances even before. The other ladies, although wonderful, have only gotten better over time. Saba was a firecracker from day 1.

U Guys need to do a Haute Bites on Drama's Ratings! Mere Humsafar and KTK are just too overated! Their storyline is nothing new, and has been repeated several times. On the other hand Fraud, Ishq e Laa and Habs have a more different storyline which is unique and soothing! Fraud is just too underated! I thought views will explode becuase of saba qamar but its probably getting the lowest ratings! it has a story which we have never seen before and the cinematography is mindblowing! same for habs, i thought it will get millions of view becoz of freoze khan but its not! ishq e laa is just a different story never seen on televison before, its so soothing and calm to the eyes and ears but yet the fazool ktk and mere humsafar win over all these amazing and different dramas!

Saba was always good, I think Aamna you have not seen her old dramas. I loved her in Aaina, thakan luckily these were shown on Indian channel. She was and is a better actor than Mahira. Mahira improved over the years but Saba was always and is one of the most versatile actor of Pakistan ❣️🇮🇳

I went to watch Dam mastam and I was highly disappointed with the film. Such terrible acting by Amar Khan, oh lord have mercy! Her character was so darn annoying. It was such a flat story, the whole story of the film was just blah I just wanted the film to END!

@@shank3553 it was the hype they created that got the attention of the audience but even if you watch the clips of the theatres that these actors are posting on their accounts you will notice that half the theatre is empty (atleast in sindh) and same was the case when I went to watch the film on second day of eid with my siblings. We thought that we won't be able to get the tickets but literally 70% of the theatre was empty.

There has never been any lapse in saba's performance in any of her projects. She is the best. She has the calibre of Shabana Azmi and Smita patil. I love watching her even from India. She is undoubtedly the best actress. With time even I feel that Amna is biased towards Mahira Khan, no offence to her. Asking sarmad that she thought he would cast Mahira in his movie wasn't required. Both saba and mahira have their own forte. I like saba the best. She really sets the screen on fire.

I read a review. I’m going to hazard a guess as it says it turns in to a psychological thriller in the end, that Saba’s husband is actually dead and that she goes and meets someone else (who isn’t alive either it’s her imagination) so that does not constitute an ‘affair’. And it’s Sania who thinks he’s alive (but that’s because she is blind and gone crazy, idk?!). This is conjecture, I haven’t watched the film, so no spoiler. I feel like the topic is too bold, it’s not the subject itself but it’s the treatment of it that wants us to sympathise with someone who is cheating - and I do think our filmmakers are trying to push a very fine line and boundary that won’t be acceptable for the masses. I heard they deleted certain scenes (a kissing scene and partial nudity), but why do something knowing it will create a backlash and the public won’t support you or your work any longer. Why lose the very people’s goodwill who you claim you’re making films for.

It’s best you get used to being disappointed as this is not the first time they have said they will review something and then never deliver, we’ve been waiting nearly 2 years just for a haute gold on Dastaan. I don't think you guys are doing anything out of the blue, usually I feel the same way about the shows which u guys feel. So it isn't that difficult of a job imo. Although I must say, I watch your reviews coz I enjoy listening to your banter. If watching shows is interfering with your workout routines or if it is causing you to lead a sedentary life style, you can always get an exercise bike or a treadmill and watch the shows that way. This is what I do too, watch the shows whilst I am working out....

i basically watch the show because it really refreshing the way you two explain different aspects of dramas. All the time i actually watch the show and listen to the reviews so I dont watch something that feels like I am wasting my time. mashaALLAH amazing work and alot of dedication towards it from both of you I actually thought Amna was taking leave for couple of weeks and wouldnt record any shows but I was actually motivated how she is so promising towards her work. You guys have done complete justice to this movie. Sarmad khoosat n sania saeed are the names that any project that they r a part of has to be worth watching. I watched it once n cant wait to watch it again. Its like the movie is a door to another world n it completely takes you there. Just like Amina said it plays with all ur senses, u feel the rain, the fire, the water even that crunch of dried flowers is like u r touching them and they are crumbling with ur touch. Oh my God! a breathtaking experience. I am taking a few other ladies with me for another show. U cant get enough of it by watching it once. One needs to feel transported into the world of kamli to enjoy this. Its not just a movie its an experience of all the senses. Love it n kudos to the whole team to bring about this masterpiece. This movie is poetry in motion.

How come its accepted conveniently that village girls are posing dressed as they are and their families have no problems with it. Neither do they question their simple girls mingling with an openly problematic woman who drinks. These are not norms of our society. I think they could have made more effort to look and act rural. Granted, You can think it was the creative liberty the film maker took and ignore these things because its not meant to be a documentary on real events. I also dont think it was as much a taboo topic as one perceives from various reviews Still a good watch and appreciable work from khoosat. Looking forward to more from sarmad.
