Hey camera. This week was a tough one, let me tell you. That happens sometimes though. The best thing to do is not let it stop you, roll up your sleeves and keep going!
Blueberry Concerns weekly vlog: Hello! I am a depressed 30 year old trying to make a change in my life. To try to help me keep accountable I started to vlog my experience. I am not trying to bully you, i think you might benefit from changing how you look at food because it will help make your decisions easier when you are hit with cravings. I hope you are still with me. Food =Body type. Food=Mood. The and energy levels. The food you eat will determine how your stomach feels , how it looks, your overall feeling in your body. I have been able to maintain a healthy weight because of type of food i eat. I am 25 female, chronically constipated, overly anxious, some depressed and lactoseintolarent . From trial error i have come to the realization that if i eat cereals , bread ,

I hope you are still with me. Food= Organ functionality Food =Body type. Food=Mood. Food= energy levels. The food you eat will determine how your stomach feels , how it looks, your overall feeling in your body. I have been able to maintain a healthy weight because of type of food i eat. I am 25 female, with a chronic degenerative eye disease, chronically constipated, living with Childhood Post Traumatic Disorder (so i know at thing or two about depression and anxiety) plus lactoseintolarent . From trial error i have come accept that if i eat bread,sweets and fizzy drink, milk, pizza, caffeine ,processed meats, yes i will enjoy the taste but the food won't be so nice to my body and mentally health. I will be bloated , constipation, low energy level, spikes in anxiety and eventually depression will flourish, oh the shakes. When i look at vegetable, fruits food and food preparation methods i think fibre(something to get the traffic flowing in my intestines). When i see treats i think constipation snd overall discomfort (body and emotional). If i eat certain foods they will help my eyes feel better. So the choice is easier to make because i know how i want to feel, i think about the benefits to my organs(i might be a bit extreme, i overthink for fun).

Hello! I was so happy to read your comment, it's so lovely of you to give me advice. Im sorry you have so meany illnesses, but I'm happy you found a way to overcome! I love the idea of changing the way to look at food, associating different foods with how they make you feel. I am defiantly going to try this out.
