Since retiring I've been walking my dog. I've only had three days off this year and we are on track for over a thousand miles walking.. I may be stiff an creaking when I leave the door, but when I get back it has ALWAYS been a good walk. A couple days ago I sent a picture of the fall leaves to my brother.

Some of my more enjoyable rides have been the ones whereby I couldn't be bothered to get ready to go out but nevertheless did. I think it's because 'not being bothered' (and I just LOVE cycling) means that I must have been feeling down, therefore that particular ride would have cheered me up !?
