It’s good to see that Gentaro has settled down from his random attacks on his mother. I recall him trying to hit her with huge tree branches and plant pots. He is now maturing into a fine gorilla. He seemed genuinely concerned with his mother. I hope Genki’s health check turns out well. Momotaro is a really impressive male. When he stands and reaches, you get an idea of how tall and strong he is. Thanks for the video, GL ❤

Im glad gentaro is showing concern over genki!, and has grown out of hitting genki with branches? Genki probably came with medication when visiting the dentist ? And gentaro can smell it on genki,but i 🤔 genki is fine😊

I'm glad that Genki has had a physical,she needs to at her age,I hope everything is okay and her teeth are fine to,I would hate her to have pain from bad teeth, and having more teeth took out, she can hardly eat now. Is it possible that they could be shown and taught how to put on sweaters? Cause I mean, they're smart? They might you know, they would probably be grateful and more, human?

Putting on a jumper is quite complicated and uses several skills, which we take for granted They may not have the understanding or the physical ability to do that I would think although they have shown that they can learn. They do sometimes throw towels and blankets on themselves, but they don't seem to keep them on for very long. Firstly they have to understand the concept that a piece of clothing can keep them warm and that it must be kept on for any benefit for them. Then they would have to have the motor and fine motor skills to be able to manipulate the article over their heads and then fit each arm into the sleeves. I wonder if anyone knows if chimpanzees ever mastered the skill of dressing themselves? I remember seeing adverts years ago where they were trained to sit at a table and drink tea and do simple human activities but never knew how far their abilities went.
