The Landcuiser was a 100 series v8 with a Bullet Supercharger system, I sold it to Movieworld. They made a 105 6cyl look alike which was well damaged and finally destroyed in the movie. The V8 lives on. Great Aussie movie

Makes me laugh, when they go under the bridge that's on Burt st in boulder, they turn right and end up on Hannah st Kalgoorlie which is like 5kms haha movie magic hey..

Vincent King en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gold_Stealing_Detection_Unit this is the real life group. WA specialist police would carry long guns but the group in the film is highly fictional considering the real group only has 6 members.
