Haha... I guess you guys didn't knew that showering more often than required harms your skin and irritates it( sebum and dead dermal layer is lost ). If the ambient temp is below 10°C then one can go about without showering for a week. Sweat is not the source of odour, bacteria is. A change of clothes does the trick for tackling bacteria. Just put the sweaty clothes in a well ventilated place.

Sir, I watched your video last year when you posted and tried cold shower that time but could not muster the courage. However, this year since the onset of winter season since Oct.2020 I have started taking cold showers in one of the coldest Delhi winters!! Today is 1st Jan. 2021 & I'm still continuing the cold showers every morning and it feels like a great achievement. I think you need to train your Brain to do so and your Body automatically adjusts to it. I feel refreshed every morning, feel lesser cold, my skin problems are resolved and feel much more energetic for the day. Thank you for inspiring me to achieve this milestone in life.

Diptanu Debnath Come out of well dear. There are Oceans around. There are plenty of reasons for people to take warm/hot baths. People living in South experience cold at 22.C. Any temperature below your own body temperature could be experienced as colder. I live in Maharashtra and we do use Warm / Hot showers during Winters. I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU & I DON'T WANT TO JUDGE BUT I LIVED FOR A WHILE WELL UNDER - 3 C.

@@veervenkat9273 Nope, your body does homeostasis and there is a certain temp below which you will feel cold. According to your logic 35°C is also cold because it's below 37°C. And coastal areas are more warmer and stable because of sea breeze, so I don't know what science you wanted to explain. Since you have been doing this your entire life, you don't find it strange but from my perspective its hilarious cuz where I'm from nobody takes warm water baths at 22°C and it's very uncommon to call 22° as cold. I may not have lived in sub zero temp but I have been living my entire life where winters are 3° min and 19° during the day and it's windy as hell.

Wow, remembered me about one of my trekking to Sub zero Shrikhand Mahadev, Really loved Ladakh, I visted the terrain in 2011 because of my solo rides on the motorcycle and nowadays I use to see a huge change in the valley especially cutting of mountains for the ease of lazy people.
