I don't think the VAs in Prime get enough appreciation, I think Shannon Chan-Kent is possibly the best Amy we've had. She's sweet but can do the feisty and aggressive side of Amy, she's not over the top cutesy like Cindy Robinson or Lisa Ortiz.
