hey Sondre, I m 46 and I'm writing from Italy. Into movement since 2020. In this 4 years I ve gone from Hatha Yoga, to vinyasa, to contact improvisation, mobility training, improving my swimming and other stuff. I've also gone from moving once a week to 4-5 times a week. Tonight just managed to get my first front rolling on the bed thanks to your tutorial. Can't decide whether is more of an humbling or empowering experience! 😁🤙🏾🤸🏽

That’s so awesome 😊 I love that you are dedicated to improving yourself and I am sure you must feel amazing gaining all these new feats 😁 Humbling and empowering doesn’t need to be one or the other 😊 I’d say that the feeling of empowerment is best served with a teaspoon of humbleness 😁 Keep it up, I’m rooting for you ❤️

Yoo Sondre, your explanations and regressions are amazing! I've always wanted to do a nice and controlled handstand but couldn't find the regressions or space to consistently practice. Via Magnus' channel, I found your handstand push-up tutorial and it only took me 5 min before I subscribed. Since then I had 3 weeks of fun progressing through the different levels and you've got me really stoked with this new guide!

Verdomd nice video bro, so if I may; about the (sitting) backroll, tuck/ throw your knee towards your oposit shoulder instead of straight behind, as you role backwards you turn ur face along with the knee, looking behind you, you should be able to role without the burden of rolling over your own head. And, if you practice, you'd still go straight backwards. Now you have your ninja roll:) Same goes for the forward roll, it's the same movement. Hope this can help:)

Is it possible also for a past in time and right now too very agile person but with several posture problems like scoliosis and some dislivel into hips to do this? I used play karate for almost 15 years very opened legs very flexible but when it comes on balance everything acrobatic I risk some bad force discharge that will end in something not so funny. So if I do very gradually can I succeed me too? Or it needs a perfect alignment of the back to be possible to do? Thanks 🙏🏼 Great video 👍🏼

I'm 43 and not untrained (though no acrobat or pro athlete). I do HEMA swordsfighting and ask myself if I could learn roll-getup over hands, kip up and an evasive kick spin like the b twist for some choreography with your program. Just like David over at the "Sellsword Arts" channel. Which would be the right program to choose?
