I agree. The thing I love about her music is that she tells stories and gets inside of the heads of other people so well - in this way I find she is similar to a novelist. That song is remarkable. I also love how she can turn the smallest moments into a thing of beauty - like in "wallet" or "lucky penny." They're so simple, but so moving.

No one else seems to have pointed out on this version when the cello plays, it's to the tune of when she sings uh uh uh, whilst on the official version, the trumpet plays, to the tune of i love paris in the rain. Hence why they're both different & special to me !
