This track by Dirty Loops is so much fun, it makes my cheekbones hurt… Look at that wobbly keyboard ;) And yes, Mario Cart vibes for days 🧢 As far as I know, this piece was written after a break in DL working together (during which Jonah wrote his solo album and “Coffee Break”, a complete banger). Hence ‘that coffee break is over’, I’m always imagining. And thanks god for that, phew… Also, the three other pieces in this series, called Songs for Lovers, feature Henrik and Aron alone -a lockdown project of sorts. “Pink Power”, “Bitten by the Kitten” and “Old Armando had a Farm”, which Henrik wrote, a country-slap bass mashup, and which he called ‘his maybe proudest achievement ever’ 😉 the dudes got some humor ;) All of them written in a very short amount of time, they still thoroughly blast your mind. Aron and Henrik’s, one of the baddest bass and drum teams on the planet… A joy to watch and listen to Dirty Loops with you, Ikechi 👍 Thanks for this one 🙏

This song is great until the end. I guess it's because the organ can be a bit overwhelming for me, so him banging on the keys with that particular sound just annoys me to no end. Everything else is great.
