Here are three reasons why Diana doesn't sound human. First, she is a dramatic contralto, which is the absolute rarest type of female voice. It allows her to sing very dramatic/powerful, very (I mean VERY) deep, very dark, very rich. Second, she has a spectacular larynx. She's been called the vocal Eighth Wonder of the World. Third, she is polyphonic, which means she can produce multiple harmonics within her voice at the same time. This is what allows her to sound like two people at once. Polyphonic singing is what Diana is doing here; She has a rare gift of knowing how to move her larynx (She does have an amazing one at that) lower into the Alto range to sound like Cher and Shakira, but go much lower and still maintain her vocal strength. She can slide back up into her Soprano range and not lose any vocal power. Diana is a true Contralto who has gained full control of her phenomenal talent. Diana (pronounced as De-anna) IS the queen of goosebumps. She is 18 years old and in her first year of college in Russia. She is a true contralto and can do polyphonics (multiple tones at the same time). She is truly unique. This was from the first week on Shomaskgoon3. It was an 8 week competition with 8 competitors that you see in the video and a weekly guest judge. It just completed over a month ago. You should check out her other songs from this competition.

The last TV show was on 20. november. The 9 artists are also the judges for the other singer. And Diana won this competition. She shocked the other singers with the first song.
