Sonic 06 LoS MachSpeed Shadow Update

Credit to reimous for making the skate particles work!
I used the audio streaming method in 06, to make a new sbk that would allow for mach shadow to have his skate sfx.

One question, is it possible to change the animation of shadow skating for one similar to the one he has in adventure 2? I think that's the best animation of him
