Ah, Doomsday Zone. The first ever Super Sonic final battle that set the standard for just about every single Sonic game since to date. Somehow, this remix really brings out the epicness of it. Well done!

This is pretty good. Most people take a Rock route when arranging Sonic Music, but with this particular song, it works. Mainly because it's repetetive, but still. It's the proper route. If you want another Sonic song remixed in something other than rock, look up 'theres a butterfli in the machine'. It's an arranged version of Scrap Brain Zone, and it also works. Now THAT's talent!

This one's got almost a classic disco feel to it... with the string sweeps going on, and if you imagine the main melody line played on a funky guitar or slap bass, it would totally fit with any good groovalicious Funkadelic, Earth Wind and Fire thing. Totally cool stuff.

what would have made this game the BEST was if tails and knuckles got their own super end bosses, yeah knuckles got to fight super mecha sonic, but did get get to turn hyper? no, and tails fought and saved the master emerald, but was HE super? i dont think so AGAIN very nostalgic and i thank you for making these

I have to say I do really like this. The beat you used is consistent and I love at 1:42 how it kicks back in... The only thing I want to comment about is the synth you used. It sounds great throughout but only concerns are in the intro, and at 1:33. The use here seems to blend it oddly. Good work.

There's actually a simple reason for it...Sonic 1 had 6 emeralds. In Sonic 2 they wanted to give a reward for those who got them all, but since there was no reward for 6 emeralds in Sonic 1, they added a 7th. It's the same with Sonic 3. They split it into 2 games (S3 and S&K) and when you played them together you ended up with 14 emeralds. So they have you lose the Super Sonic ability and if you collect them again, they give you Hyper Sonic as a reward for sticking with it

@Firefoxx57 Sonic can only transform into Hyper sonic during Sonic 3 & Knuckles because the game revolves around Angel Island, which is home to the 7 super emeralds. They along with the master emerald are kept on Angel Island to maintain its' place in the sky. So it should go without saying that when Sonic is away from the island, his Hyper transformation is just not an option. Whereas he can turn super anywhere because the chaos emeralds arent so stationary...
